I am extremely happy with my groundworks experience. Ty, Josh, and Phillip were extremely professional and very communicative throughout the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable and informed while repairing my foundation and left the jobsite pristine once they were finished. I will definitely suggest groundworks to anyone in need of foundation work for their home. Ty, Phillip, and Josh were consummate professionals, going above and beyond with customer service. Their work on the joists was done professionally and with great attention to detail. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. They showed up ready to work, stayed efficient throughout the job, and made sure everything was solid and secure before finishing. The difference is noticeable right away—the floor feels strong and level again. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and their professionalism. These guys definitely deserve recognition. Highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. Aslp, Rick Holt did an excellent job handling my annual maintenance and inspection. He was very thorough, taking the time to carefully check everything and make sure nothing was overlooked. He explained what he was doing along the way and pointed out anything that might need attention in the future, which I really appreciated. We had to have our foundation raised due to a full remodel on our 50-year-old home. I could not be more pleased with the end result. They can work around anything you got going on. Our technicians were so amazing, keeping us informed and answering any questions. Explaining how mud jacking would not have been a good idea with our home. (This was an option from another estimate) Showing us problem areas and so on. Their pricing is comparable as we had gotten a few estimates, and they came in about $500 lower than the others. They left us feeling really good about the rest of this remodel and what our end result will be! As far as clean up. I did not have them clean up since we are in the start of a remodle, and thats what our demo crew is for. But they did ask several times if we wanted them to.

Rick Duncan was excellent! He walked with me through the initial inspection, explained what he was seeing, the cause of the issues, how it would be addressed and how it could be further mitigated. He was able to answer all the questions I had with great detail. He even gave me a few home improvement tips! When it came to pricing, he was very empathetic and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal considering price, safety, and quality. At no point did I feel like I was on the other end of a sales pitch. Rick is very knowledgeable and experienced in this area and it shows.

Compared to the other companies that c ame out and gave me estimates, groundworks was without a doubt top of the list. Groundworks representative spent an hour mapping out all the hollow spots in my driveway. The other companies spent less than 10 to 15 minutes and ended up not finding several of the spots that were actually hollow. So if I would have hired them the job would not have been completed properly. Luke and Anthony came out and did a superb job drilling the driveway and filling it with the polyfoam. They ground out the 20-year-old seals and replace them with the good stuff and I am extremely pleased with the job. Groundworks is top-notch in my book. They're the ones you should call honestly.

Fantastic service! Luke & Anthony are amazing! They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, kind & provide great communication. I truly appreciate the time they took in explaining the process, answering all of my questions, & ensuring they could achieve the results I wanted. It's very evident Luke & Anthony take pride in their work! I had a cavern underneath my newly purchased home's driveway from years of gutter outflow draining into unsealed joints causing an uneven surface, collapsing support, rough edges & cracks. Luke & Anthony used their expertise to level the sections, shifting them back into their original position & then smoothed & caulked the joint spaces. I can't believe how good it looks & am even happier that we are no longer at risk of collapse! I highly recommend Groundworks & Luke & Anthony.

Scott was very professional and thorough in his inspection and proposals. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. On the day of pier jacking, Dakota, Phillip and Jose worked carefully and efficiently around my foundation and replaced the displaced landscaping, afterwards. On the next day, Luke and Anthony stabilized the slab with the poly foam. Both crews kept me regularly updated on the progress and were willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.
