Fantastic service! Luke & Anthony are amazing! They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, kind & provide great communication. I truly appreciate the time they took in explaining the process, answering all of my questions, & ensuring they could achieve the results I wanted. It's very evident Luke & Anthony take pride in their work! I had a cavern underneath my newly purchased home's driveway from years of gutter outflow draining into unsealed joints causing an uneven surface, collapsing support, rough edges & cracks. Luke & Anthony used their expertise to level the sections, shifting them back into their original position & then smoothed & caulked the joint spaces. I can't believe how good it looks & am even happier that we are no longer at risk of collapse! I highly recommend Groundworks & Luke & Anthony.

We are very fortunate to have Groungworks doing work to prevent water leaking in our basement. The Groundworks staff such as Candace, Chance, Jason and Brice are all very helpful, especially Brice, he did his job well and beyond! The basement part is done well, however, the stairs part is disappointing – the newly built stairs were not made to match with the old stairs regarding distance between steps, I have safety concerns for the way it was built. I hope Groundworks can find a reputable stairs contractor to recommend to the customers, or, if Groundworks has its own carpenter to do the stairs part, it would be even better! My two cents. Thank you.

Daniel Raymond came out to do our inspection today September 3rd, 2024. What a treat to have a knowledgeable and very friendly inspector to answer our every question. Nothing was rushed and no corners were cut. Thank you so much Daniel for making what should have been a stressful situation into an educational and enjoyable afternoon. Be safe. Update: October 4th, 2024. This was a stress free experience for us. Injection crew came out to take care of the final touches. Rick Duncan was excellent! He walked with me through the initial inspection, explained what he was seeing, the cause of the issues, how it would be addressed and how it could be further mitigated. He was able to answer all the questions I had with great detail. He even gave me a few home improvement tips! When it came to pricing, he was very empathetic and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal considering price, safety, and quality. At no point did I feel like I was on the other end of a sales pitch. Rick is very knowledgeable and experienced in this area and it shows.

Philip explained very well what the process was going to be and he was able to keep me in the loop on each step as I would check on their progress. They were able to fix the problem with our wall without causing anymore damage. All three of the crew (Philip, Jason M. and Daniel M.) were very courteous and kept at it until the work was completed. After the completion of the job, Philip again walked me through what they did and made sure all my questions were answered. He also informed me about the 5 yr warranty which I really appreciated. I had an excellent experience with Ground Works and their entire team! Joe and Chance Bender came to my house to stabilize multiple areas, including several bedrooms, a hallway, foyer, inside the garage, and even the sidewalk and driveway. They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and always brought concerns to my attention promptly. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Brice, the salesman, was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make arrangements, even answering questions via text on weekends. His dedication really stood out. The pier crew, including Lupe, Chance S., and Stavion, also did an exceptional job. They communicated clearly, were mindful of the property, and worked efficiently to complete the job.
