We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. We would definitely recommend them.

The Charleston team is fantastic. They came when they said they would. They worked hard to complete the job even though it was 95 degrees outside and under the house was hotter than that and they were all dressed in coveralls. They were all very professional from beginning to the end. I would recommend them to anyone looking to encapsulate their crawl space. The team for my home was Nate, Joe and Darryl. Thank you guys.

After interviewing two other men whom I would not even trust to water my flowers, I found Dan Rubenstein with Mountain Valley Foundation. What a gem of a professional! We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!

My home's foundation needed to be stabilized and I had ZERO idea of what that process entailed and how much it would cost. In an effort to combat my total ignorance, I got an estimate (and an education) from FOUR companies that specialized in foundation work. Nathan and Morris provided excellent service installing additional jacks in my crawlspace. They were punctual, professional, and finished ahead of schedule. While a previous salesperson recommended the extra jacks to fix my shifting baseboards, Nathan (the job manager) took the service to the next level. He used a laser to precisely measure a 1.5-inch drop and actually modified the placement of the new jacks for better support. He was incredibly thorough, taking photos under the house and explaining that the builder had spaced the original beams too far apart on one side of the home. Nathan was the first person to explain the root cause of my structural issues in such detail. He set up a plan to raise the house gradually over the next three months to avoid damage and even gave me a heads-up that we might need steel reinforcement in the future due to the wide span of the wooden beams. I truly appreciate the expertise and efficiency—great job!"
