We discovered that we had an issue with our sump pump. The pump was not removing the water from underneath our house. Mark Duncan came out and spent several hours cleaning out the pump and running fresh water through the system. Now the pump works great! He also cleaned up any mud and dirt that he tracked in underneath the house. I was very impressed with the finished job.

Had a large issue with our foundation on one side of our house. Patrick cane and gave us an estimate and walked us through the process. They were able to get us scheduled really quickly and Jerrod, Antino and Tevin did an amazing job with the repair. Our sloping floors are now even again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!

The salesman Trey Smedley came measured my house went thru with laser then came to me to show what he found explained everything. He answered every question I had, showed videos of how things were done. He was patient very polite. I’ve had other quotes but they never took time to show me what they found figured quote they didn’t go thru all the rooms only bedrooms. I had other places that Trey found and price for all work was not much higher and I’m getting what the other quote never discussed. My opinion you have a great salesman even when I broke down and cried because I’m stressed with issue and having to pay for all that’s wrong with house. He gave me a minute to get myself together. I’m widowed it’s me now and I struggle but this has to be done before it gets more costly. He deserves a good bonus you’re very lucky to have him on your team

Chip Baxter was very helpful in evaluating our concerns and explaining the repairs. All of the crews are polite, hard working, and keep you informed of progress. Special thanks to William Cheek, Andres Bookert, and their teams. Carnell Ray is a master of concrete leveling! He and Desmond did a great job with my driveway, patio, and crooked front sidewalk. The supervisor, Scott Wingard, makes sure the work is done to customer satisfaction.

Patrick came out the same day I called in to have a quote for my jacks and was very informative. He spent over three hours inspecting my perimeter inspecting every area of my crawlspace. What I am intending to do is take down a weight-bearing wall between two living room rooms and I called Mount Valley Foundation-NOW called Groundworks. Patrick provided me with the most detailed explanation about my crawlspace. I have not used This company yet, as I am still getting other quotes but I will say this is a serious consideration. The prices were reasonable very reasonable and he was applying a 15% discount to that as well. Professionalism was on point. Detailed oriented and provided me with 47 pictures of my crawlspace. Thank you for coming out taking the time without trying to be a pushy salesman. I will be using you For this project.
