Dustin answered all our questions and provided repair options. Yiannis and Landon arrived on schedule and were very professional. They did a fantastic job lifting and leveling a sunken section of concrete driveway. It looks like new! After completing the repairs in only a couple of hours, they cleaned up everything. Great experience! I would definitely use them for any other similar repairs in the future.

10/10 recommend Cory and his crew out to service your foundational repair needs. I had them come out the first time in the summer to come up with a plan to restore replace and renew my basement. They help assess and kill the dangerous mold and encapsulated to prevent any further damage. I then had them out the second time which was just this weekend and they installed 8 jack/support beams and left my basement looking like I can rent it out on air bnb. All that said, excellent experience with total professionalism.

A week before Christmas, I had a rat invasion in the crawlspace that was encapsulated by Mount Valley. Marge came out several times to help me cover the holes where a rat had eaten through the encapsulation material. She was great!! I highly recommend Mount Valley and their great customer service! Marge should be commended for her excellent tireless efforts to help me with my problem. We are now rat, free and encapsulation has now been restored back to normal.

Excellent is an understatement!!! Really it is I have never this far in my life ever meet such honest, professional, communicating, helping you to understand the process you are going into in my life. These people are definitely heaven sent. They take time to walk you through every step, show you pictures of what's going on and what has been done. Chris was very highly informative when coming out to give my estimate. And the crew Shawn and Alex I couldn't ask for better!! Goggle only allows 5 stars. These guys get 20 stars from me!!! Keep doing your excellent work!!!! Glad they were the ones I got sent!!!! Thank you Mt. Valley

MVFS did a great job eliminating my moisture issue in my crawlspace on Hilton Head Island. I was getting significant subfloor and joist rot due to the ongoing moisture problem being trapped by the insulation. Daniel, Nathan, and their teams were very professional and worked tirelessly to remediate the issue before it turned into a major issue.

From the initial inspection by Landon, through the foundation repait by Brantley, Pat, Julian and Bobby, through the pier and beam installation by Matt and Tyron, to include the cost saving change, and finally the concrete leveling by Carnell and Desmond all work was done completely, professionally and timely with a constant flow of information on the process. Great work, timely arrival, superb coordination, and hard work is the entire team's standard at Mount Valley Foundation.

Kevin Kliner scheduled an appointment with us and was right on time. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We will be contacting him again soon. My wife noted that he provided us with exactly what we needed. We also didn't feel pressured. If every sales person employed this approach, they could potentially generate more revenue.

Okay. I thought that I wrote a review for Mt. Valley last year for the work that was done in October, 2025. Since last year, all who have come to do other work on my home have been impressed by the work that was done by Messiah and the team of men that worked with him. The team was very professional and explained everything, clearly, that had to be done. They had no problems answering my questions. I've had two concerns since the work and Mt. Valley came out right away to check out my concerns. I am pleased with the service that has been given to me. Groundwork has taken over or merged, I don't know. I've since had to get pier work done due to a foundation issue as of July 8, 2026. So, Groundworks has come out to do the work. It is not completed yet. The inspection has to be done. I'll give a review on that work afterwards. As of this writing, Patrick and the team of men who worked with him were great and addressed my concerns. Thank you.

We got our crawl space encapsulated a couple years ago with Mount Valley. We needed a repair on the entryway and Nathan came out to get that done. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and got the job done efficiently and in a reasonable time. He went above and beyond by relocating a wall mounted plastic box that was overlapping our crawl space door! This will make it much easier to open and access the crawl space in the future! He also organized the wires and cables near the entrance and cleaned up the debris there too. Overall a great experience working with Nathan!

Jack Jeffords is THE BEST‼️‼️ He is very thorough and makes sure that you are well aware of what’s going on under your house. He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE‼️ I only want to work with him because he is very knowledgeable about what’s going on with your home.
