I was happy with Foundation Recovery Systems from the git-go. Kyle, the initial contact was courteous and professional, not high pressure. The three young men who installed the basement wall braces, Christian, Adam and Eli, were great! They made sure the flooring and steps were covered and protected, were efficient at their work, and cleaned up well after themselves. As a mother and grandmother, I especially appreciated that last item, cleaned up after themselves! 🙂 The braces look great and definitely give me a secure feeling that my basement walls are secure. We hired Foundation Recovery to brace one wall and anchor another in our basement. The team (Cliff, Riley, and Nolan) was professional, timely, and cleaned up well. They explained the procedure well, and even gave us some tips on how to better water proof and pest proof the walls. We were very happy with the services provided by them!

Hard to find NICER people than those who work with FRS!! Everyone must have been trained in a superior environment with trainers with REAL people skills! They all take their jobs seriously and stand proudly behind their customer service!! Shaun was thorough and efficient and very friendly!! I recently needed to resolve a water issue in my basement. After requesting a few different companies come out for quotes, Foundation Recovery Systems rose to the top. They determined a waterproofing solution while also finding a major structural issue that needed fixing as soon as possible (that had been overlooked by the previous company). Clifford, the foreman, and his crew, Rylee and Emanuel, were great! Cliff provided clear communication at every step of the job, and he offered multiple solutions when an issue arose. The entire team was beyond respectful, friendly, and committed to doing the best work possible. I was even asked every day if the time frame of the work fit within my schedule and needs. While structural and water issues with a house are stressful, Cliff and the team's words and actions put my mind at ease. I'm very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend FRS.

I reached out to Foundation Recovery Systems because of significant cracks along the left and back walls of my detached garage. I had already received two other quotes, but neither company provided much detail beyond telling me that piers or plates were needed to address the issue. Kyle B. truly went above and beyond. He took thorough measurements, tested the soundness of the concrete pad, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. He answered every question I had and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. When Foundation Recovery Systems says they are transparent, they genuinely mean it. I feel confident moving forward with this project and can’t wait to have my garage stabilized so I can use the walls without worrying about the cracks getting worse. I’ll update this review once the work is completed, but so far I’m extremely happy with my decision to choose Foundation Recovery Systems over their competitors. Thanks again, Kyle B.!
