Jared from FRS came by to look at a moisture issue in the basement. He determined it was not a foundation issue, but rather a HVAC issue. He could have told me there was nothing he could do, or he could have tried to sell me a FRS solution that would be good for them but wouldn’t fix my problem. Instead, he connected me on the spot with an HVAC company that knew what to do. How refreshing is that? Hopefully I won’t have need for foundation work, but if I do FRS gets the first call.

Hunter came out and did the inspection on waterproofing my basement. Honestly I wasn’t fully intending on going through with work, just looking at options as I new there was issues with current drainage system that I could fix myself. However he explained the lifetime warranty and set me up with a reasonable discount that it was worth the peace of mind of setting up an appointment the day he came out to have the work done. Hunter was very knowledgeable and not pushy with sales like one would expect. Highly recommend

I've been experiencing water in my basement for some time. I contacted Foundation Recovery in regards to my issues. Brian Gertler came out and went over the process of the system and how it works. In turn, Tyler Sears came out to install the system and explain how it works and what to expect. I'm very pleased at this point. In my area the last couple days we've had rain. Last night (3-27-25) we had significant rain. I checked my basement this morning and I'm very pleased to see the system worked. No more worries. Good Investment.
