Had another well-known foundation company come out and give me a quote, wasn't happy so I had Foundation Recovery Systems come out. Todd did a great job walking me through the process and letting me know what actually needed to be done and not sell me other things like the other company did. The crew did an awesome job leveling the driveway and filling in all the cracks.

Jordan was exceptional in his detailed explanation of the work that would be done. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation and also to extensively talk through options. While customer service is paramount for us, and he certainly deserves a 10 out of 10, FRS was a substantially better value from a cost standpoint as well, compared to estimates we received elsewhere. If you need to prove it to yourself, go ahead and take the time to get multiple bids…but if you want to save the time, just make one call to Jordan and Foundation Recovery Systems!

The team (Bryce and Nick) did a great job for us yesterday! We are very pleased with the repairs they made to the cracked concrete at our home. They also extended a gutter underground further away from the foundation of our house and they were very careful handling the sod removal and replacement. Despite having seen the ads on TV about Ground Works, the quality of the repairs exceeded our expectations. It's a very clever system AND cost effective when compared to replacing large sections of sidewalks and driveways. Thank you, Bryce and Nick and all the folks at Ground Works.

We asked Foundation Recovery Systems to come and do an inspection of our basement because we knew we were having foundation issues. They sent Chris Vanderpool, who helped us understand everything that was going on and took the extra time to stop and answer questions — he even got his hands dirty to help us get more important answers. He did not pressure us, and he gave us a very reasonable window to decide if we’re going to proceed with FRS for their services.

They worked hard to make everything look as good as it could be and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Combined with Clint’s help on the front end, I’d have no problem using FRS again.

Had a sidewalk that had sunk too far on the right side making it quite unsafe at the front step. I had a different company out to raise it and they failed but still charged me 3/4 of the cost. I then had Foundation Recovery Systems out and they fixed the problem without issue. My experience was great with FRS!

We are very pleased with this company. Their Reprentative TANNER was exemplary. He did a super jpb. He figured out to solve our issue quickly, the work was sceduled and a week later our problem was fixed. The young men on the crew were very courteous and kept us informed every step of the process. I learned a lot from his expertise and experience of what causes these issues, how to correct them and avoid additional damage in future. Jordan is a pure professional at his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of concrete issue's.
