Ryan came to the rescue. I was defeated and did not have confidence after previous work that our issue would be resolved. I was mistaken. He worked hours doing a three man job by himself redoing work previously done. Was quick to identify the problem and take all proper steps. It took three visits but our basement is secure. He worked tirelessly and did so with a smile. A true gentleman that takes pride in his work and who he represents. I would absolutely work with him again. He was completely honest and transparent. Thank you Ryan. Sincerely Shelly and Travis!

Mr. Vanderpool the Certified Field Inspector was very professional, showed up on time as scheduled. He provided me with the information concerning the foundation on my home, in a way that made sense and how Foundation Recovery Systems could fix the problem as well as offer financing options. He did a great job!

Jordan was exceptional in his detailed explanation of the work that would be done. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation and also to extensively talk through options. While customer service is paramount for us, and he certainly deserves a 10 out of 10, FRS was a substantially better value from a cost standpoint as well, compared to estimates we received elsewhere. If you need to prove it to yourself, go ahead and take the time to get multiple bids…but if you want to save the time, just make one call to Jordan and Foundation Recovery Systems!

I recently had extensive foundation repairs. Kyle Ducker was very professional and courteous every step of the way. His willingness to address my concerns was very appreciated. I felt like I had experts working for me and the specific needs of my home. That professionalism and expertise followed through during the work process. Clifford and Rylee not only did amazing work – but went above and beyond to answer questions and exhibit patience and courtesy. I am pleased with the completed project, the cleanup, and appreciated Clifford’s follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. It is obvious that Foundation Recovery Systems operates with a mission statement that honors and respects the customer every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company.

Foundation Recovery Systems did a great job raising our front porch and a section of our driveway in the summer of 2023. Today we had a follow-up inspection performed by Ryan Swift, a service technician with the company. Everything is still looking good and Ryan was very thorough and professional while performing and explaining the inspection. I highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.

Todd was great helping us with an estimate re: what we needed to do. Very professional and thorough. Very responsive to my many questions and kept me informed as things progressed. Bryce and Eli did an amazing job with fixing the entryways and driveways. They exceeded our expectations, working hard and very meticulous. We definitely will be using them next year on more units in our HOA. Shirley and the Falcon Ridge HOA.
