If you have the opportunity to work with Kevin MacDonald, we highly recommend him. He is super honest, thorough, friendly, and made sure we were in the know with everything he was doing while inspecting our property. He saved us thousands of dollars by confirming nothing is wrong with our property when another competitor told us opposite just to get paid. I had to have repair on my foundation and I was nervous about who to choose for my company, since there is so many to choose from. I chose foundation recovery and I am so pleased that I did. I want to mention these men’s names and thank them again for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to answer any questions and let me see how they even work and explain it. From the very beginning of paperwork with Peter Fisher And all the crew Joseph Woodien,Chance Spratly, and Andre Stewart I was only shown, kindness, and professionalism, I saw these men work very hard repairing my home and I want to thank them very much. He has done my annual service maintenance in my home’s encapsulated crawlspace for the past few years and I just want to tell you again that he is the best!! I cannot even imagine anyone else being as professional, reliable, honest, sincere, dependable, and trustworthy than Marc. Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.
