We are so pleased with the service we received every step of the way. Dustin got us set up, and Lee, Camryn and Josh work, work, worked their tails off to get our job done. Every single time I talked to them they were professional and friendly, answering every question I had along the way and seemed happy doing it. I can’t wait to use my (now dry) basement again!

I had a great experience with FRS. Chad did the initial estimate/ evaluation. He was honest and didn’t try to force or lure us into a more expensive repair. The bid was about 60% of a competing company. We were booked to have the repair within a month. Lee, Kyle, and Cody were our crew. Lee was the lead and kept me informed every step. This crew started at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM. A brief break for a late lunch and that was about it. Incredible hard workers! They clearly knew what they were doing. They were efficient and friendly. Some of the best help I’ve ever had!

We were very impressed with the level of communication from our initial scheduling call (on a Sunday) and inspector (Chad) calling back same day. Inspection visit was great with Chad, he was easy to understand and made it more comfortable for us. We knew we didn’t need to look any further after talking to him.
Derrick was very communicative, efficient and professional. Great work today!

Davis was prompt and friendly during my yearly inspection..he listened to me and answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. I felt like there was no question he wouldn't answer and I didn't worry if I worded my questions wrongly, he knew what I was talking about. He didn't push extra services on me and he used his time well. I feel safer about my foundation after his work . Highly recommended. Thank you, Davis!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Certified Field Inspector Dustin Hodges from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, Dustin was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my foundation and clearly explain what was going on, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how he walked me step by step through the repair process—no confusion, no pressure, just honest, straightforward guidance. He didn’t just point out the issues; he explained why my foundation was in its current condition and why addressing it sooner rather than later is so important. That level of transparency and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in both his expertise and his integrity. Dustin is the kind of professional you hope to find—knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely committed to helping you make the right decisions for your home. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone in need of a foundation inspection or repairs.

Jared was out here the day after I submitted a request for an estimate. He was professional, efficient and he was clearly very knowledgeable both about our issues and about how the solution would resolve the issue completely. Jared and I spoke after his inspection and he was friendly and did not give me any pressure to sign a contract, but gave me all the information I needed to know to make an informed decision. I appreciated his approach to the issue and all the information he was able to provide. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Excellent experience with FRS! Forman Mike Williams & his crew, Co Forman, Kanen Carlson & Installer, Gavin Bonar finished my foundation project ahead of schedule! I was nervous about this project but my nerves were eased right away. They were all very informative and explained to me what they were doing. All were very approachable with all my questions. They worked hard and knew their stuff. Mike took extra care with excavating and even avoided 2 little hostas i hadnt been able to dig up & move. Chet, the Inspector was excellent as well. Great crew & great company!

Cj Schlater, Kyler Berry, and Ryan Redington did and excellent job on my house! It wasn’t the biggest foundation repair in the world but they were still in and out within 3 business days. The foreman Cj was very respectful and kept me updated on where they were at during the process which I appreciated. They lifted the addition and one side of my garage then checked their work very thoroughly. It had snowed a couple days before they started and even with how muddy it was I was pleased with the clean up. Great group of workers and a great company to do business with overall!

I called on a Monday morning and was able to get an inspection by that Friday. Darrell was prompt, personable, and professional. He was very thorough with his inspection.
