We scheduled an appointment to inspect our house, knowing there were problems. Darell arrived and took the time to do everything necessary to identify the problem. He was very professional and explained in detail what was going on. His experience and manner convinced us to repair the house with FRS ( also th voice time guarantee). Alex was our foreman, and he also did an incredible job with the repairs. They finished on time and in the proper manner, and were always friendly. Thank you!

I had a great experience with FRS. Chad did the initial estimate/ evaluation. He was honest and didn’t try to force or lure us into a more expensive repair. The bid was about 60% of a competing company. We were booked to have the repair within a month. Lee, Kyle, and Cody were our crew. Lee was the lead and kept me informed every step. This crew started at 7:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM. A brief break for a late lunch and that was about it. Incredible hard workers! They clearly knew what they were doing. They were efficient and friendly. Some of the best help I’ve ever had!

Appreciated the hard work Josh Howard, Derrick Bushnell, and Josh Zike put into my crawlspace encapsulation. It was a tight fit but they found a way to get the job done as promised, and I was impressed by the results. I would recommend them and FRS to anybody looking for this kind of work to be done on their home. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and gave me lots of information I never knew about my house as they spent two days staring up its skirt on their backs.

Ethan Longbine just left here. He is a Service Technician with FRS. He did a great job taking care of a leaky pipe running from my furnace to the sump pit. He also was very helpful in wiping up some water/mildew area's after sealing the pipe. I have to say that FRS customer service is stellar, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are not cheap, but sometimes quality costs. And it is especially good to know how they treat previous customers like me. Because that is what makes "return customers"! 10/10 Highly recommend using Foundation Recovery Systems. Their specialist Cole, is top teir. He was thorough in his inspection of our foundation issue and explained every step in fixing it. We were really impressed with how friendly and polite Cole was throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to make a personal connection with us, and by the time he was finished it was we had known him for years. His confidence in his team really put my family at ease. We can't imagine doing business with anyone else. 😁

Having a 25 year career with a world class engineering firm, my knowledge and experience qualifies my comments on this team. While withholding any review on the functionality and results of the push-piers, this review focuses entirely on the FRS crew, Derrick (inspections & sales coordinator), Byron B. (Team leader), and Kris B. (Apprentice/skilled technician), of whom I believe to be world class, as well. I can’t say enough about this team. Working through lunches both days, this team brings professionalism to the workplace with no complaints – period. All responses were “Sir, yes sir”. Laying protective coverings in high traffic areas, listening and working with customer’s concepts and requests, explaining their work, and equally important – cleaning up behind themselves, leaving only the refined work to indicate their presence. Thank you so much for your excellent work ethics and respect to our property, Byron and Kris!

I have a solid concrete underground saferoom that was leaking due to drainage issues. The supervisor that came to my location was extremely knowledgeable but made me worry because of how large I was envisioning this project. He described the jackhammering through the floor, removing old concrete one 5 gallon bucket at a time, the drain tile, new rock, new concrete, all in all some serious physical labor. Josh Howard, Ayden Land, Derrick Bushnell, Robert Smith, and Josh Zike showed up and resolved my issue in one single working day. Not only am I extremely satisfied with their quality of work and work ethic, but my land has gotten about 6 inches of rain in the past week and the saferoom remains bone dry. Thank you all so much for making extremely quick work of what I considered a major problem!

We are so pleased with the service we received every step of the way. Dustin got us set up, and Lee, Camryn and Josh work, work, worked their tails off to get our job done. Every single time I talked to them they were professional and friendly, answering every question I had along the way and seemed happy doing it. I can’t wait to use my (now dry) basement again!

Foreman: Jaxon Hudson CO: Wesley Ash Installer: Robert Smith Major props to the crew that worked our crawl space. Clearance was 22” at the entrance and 13” at its lowest. Although taking up some of the floors did help, this crew worked in some very uncomfortable spots in order to make our floors right. They were professional and respectful of the property and kept me informed throughout the process.
