We needed our front stoop lifted and tilted back away from the house. Mike and Isaiah took care of the stoop in around an hour, leaving it at the right level and pitch. They took care of our plantings, trimmed the foam nicely and left the site clean. Thanks!

When I reached out due to my basement leaking water everywhere, I was assigned Jason Sheppard as my representative to do my free estimate. He was thorough and made sure that he didn't miss anything. I liked the way he explained everything to me to make sure that I understood what the company would be doing when I received my appointment for installation. Now, I'm so ready for installation. I do recommend him for a person who knows how to reach the customers with knowledge and understanding.

Mark and Donald Dykes were great. Good work and communication. The company however is very unprofessional. Every. Worker they sent out said that the previous worker did the install incorrectly. And then they charged me for the fixes. This is what I ended up with in the middle of my room. Styrofoam on the bottom, tape over the top. It’s huge!! I never would have paid in excess of 15,000$ if I had know that it would take over a year to finish the job and that this is the result.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I've contracted FRS to level my old driveway, which has seen several decades of erosion and settling … attached are a couple of my "before" pictures. No leveling has been done yet, but their quoting process was great … Ely spent over an hour analyzing and diagraming the voids in each of my slabs and walks, plus he explained how those voids could soon be impacting the foundation of my home. That sealed the deal, and I hope to add some nice "after" pics this summer once my project is all done.

After surveying my basement, Timber constructed a thorough plan for waterproofing my basement and invested considerable time into explaining the process for completing the project. Today I had the pleasure of working with Mia Fiore from Foundation Recovery Systems, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and approach. When Mia came out to inspect my property and provide an estimate for foundation repair, she was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. Her patience and understanding made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. There was a scheduling mix-up on my part, and I unintentionally booked Mia’s appointment at the exact same time as a competitor who was already on site. When Mia arrived, instead of making the situation uncomfortable for me or either party, she handled it with remarkable grace and professionalism. She kindly offered to come back a little later to allow the competitor to finish his inspection and presentation, which I truly appreciated.
