Kyle Craig and Justin came out to check my mother-in-laws basement foundation. The guys were are really respectful and explained everything very thoroughly and gave us options on what they could do. They also brought attention to other things but made sure to let us know that they were not experts in those categories but have seen it over the years of work they did and knew the signs of certain things. Overall they brought great knowledge and insights of anything and everything they could do. Would highly recommend them for any of your foundation needs.

We had a really great experience at with all the guys we worked with at Foundation Recovery Systems. Starting with Preston originally, then Sergio's team, with Jay I believe and the guy who was with them on the second day (forgetting name) who was very knowledgeable as well on all parts of the job. This of course is the type of work you wish you did not have to do or pay for; but starting from the beginning I got a lot of confidence with the process, then the guys doing the work. Very impressed with the outcome, and what the future now holds with no more water issues in the basement!! Thanks

He was prompt, courteous, professional and very thorough in explaining my situation and how Foundation Recovery Systems would go about fixing my issues. We called FRS because the garage approach had dropped 1 1/2" and had become a tripping hazard, and to fill some voids under our sidewalk. Field Inspector Kyle Winterowd prepared an acceptable quote for the repairs. Thank you, Kyle. We are well pleased with the completed project (see the after photo). We also want to thank the superintendent, Dalton, the foreman, Jesse Barron, and the co-foreman, Cam. It has been a pleasure working with each of you.

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. He wrote up the quote while still at my home and walked me through it. I don’t know yet which option I will pick, but I know Tyler M. will continue to be great to work with!

Estimate Process: I contacted 5 foundation companies for estimates. 1 – Never returned my call, text, or email. 1- Looked at the job but…
Estimate Process: I contacted 5 foundation companies for estimates. 1 – Never returned my call, text, or email. 1- Looked at the job but forgot the laser level and never returned. 1- Gave a verbal quote and never sent a written quote (did not use a laser level). 1- Used a basic laser lever, quoted to install piers on both sides of the house, and did not have financing options. Jared W. with Foundation Recovery: *Spent more time than any of the other estimators. *Used a high-tech laser level to determine that only one side of the house needed piers. *Respectful to my wife and daughter. (And Dogs) *Clearly explained what we had to do to prepare the job site for the crew. *Provided a written quote before leaving. *Did not try any high-pressure sales tactics or make a decision now discounts. Decision: Even though Foundation Recovery's quote for 1 side of the house was near the same price as the company quoting both sides, I selected Foundation Recovery because: *I was more confident in Jared's assessment. *The lifetime transferrable warranty. *5-year annual check-up of their work. *Financing options. Other positives: *The electronic signature process for financing and contracts was convenient with my schedule. *I received emails and texts confirming the dates and process leading up to the project. Installation Crew: Deshon O, Justin D, and Matt M were respectful, professional, and great at communicating. They were always working and never standing around. ( I am an Operations Manager and have worked in the plumbing and sewer industry for 27 years. I would hire any of the 3 in a heartbeat.) The whole experience was great, but Deshon is definitely a rock star. * He called every day when the crew was on their way. *I received a text showing their GPS location as they drove to my home. *Reviewed the project before starting * He listened to my concerns about the heavy rain in the forecast and modified the project schedule to minimize the number of holes around the foundation during the rain. * He communicated when heavy rain and the blizzard delayed the schedule. * CrewTook time to remove excess large rocks in the excavation * He reviewed the final work and answered my questions. *Sent job progress pictures of the job. Quality Assurance: *The crew used the same high-tech laser level to mark the house for future follow-ups. *I received a follow-up call from Dalton to make sure I was satisfied. Message to the Managers/Leaders at Foundation Recovery: You have great employees who appear empowered to perform their jobs and take care of the customer. I am assuming you treat them very well, provide competitive compensation and a great working enviroment. PS. I would hire any of the 5 mentioned in this review on the spot to work with me.

Dan Williams, Project Manager Extraordinaire for Foundation Recovery Systems, earns my vote of approval as THE BEST. He was patient, thoughtful, considerate, well-versed about his product, knowledgeable in his field, personable and most of all sincere and honest. No pressure to buy tactics were used. He was insistent that I understood the entire process as we moved along. I’m almost 82, a former teacher for 40 plus years, and well aware that I no longer think as quickly as I used to nor do I process the information being presented first time thru. That’s frustrating to me and has to be challenging to a salesman to work with someone like me. Not once did Dan make me feel like I was “slow.” He did have to return to my house a 2nd time as I decided to add “downspout burials” to the original contract plus change the initial payment plan. This added probably added at least 6 hours to his day, yet he made no reference to the inconvenience and remained calm, cool, and confidant. I, on the other hand was close to becoming unglued. 🤪There is no doubt in my mind that this guy loves his job and believes in his company. Dan Williams needs to be recognized. He IS a winner.

Alexander Norris of Foundation Recovery Systems was our certified tech. He came on 7 May. he was prompt, courteous and professional. He listened to all my concerns and the went to work. He inspected every space, crawled in the crawl space and took at least two hours assessing everything. He did not rush at all he took the time to really investigate everything. Afterwords he sat down and explained in clear simple terms what he found. He explained the difference options available and was very honest and professional on all to include cost et.. I would use this guy again and I recommend him. thanks Rick
