He called everyone he know could take on fixing it and taught me where to order parts if I want to do it myself! Awesome people. Would definitely use them again next time if I have a bigger issue.

3 months later, I'm still WOW'd by the great service I received from Jared and the team at Foundation Recovery Systems! I needed my driveway lifted due to sinking near my garage. I called 2 companies for a quotes. FRS responded first and I never had to wonder what was coming next! I received communication from Jared the night before my appointment just to confirm the scheduled date/time, which I appreciated. Then, on the day of my appointment, Jared not only let me know when he was the on the way, but he also provided an ETA. He showed up on time, with a kind smile and tons of knowledge! Jared spent time walking me through his observations of my driveway, the "why" behind what was happening and the "how" behind the recommended repair. He took time to measure the area to provide an accurate quote and answered my many questions! The FRS team that completed the repair the following week was just as kind, courteous and professional! It's worth noting I did receive a second quote from another company, and though the price was comparable, the level of service was not. I wasn't even sure if the other company was coming at the scheduled time for my estimate. The guy who showed up was at my house for maybe 2 minutes-no measurements, no insight on the recommended repair…just confirmation a quote would be emailed. Needless to say, the level of service and care from FRS really sets the bar high! They're one of one! Thank you to Jared and the team for taking care of my home, making me feel so comfortable and making the decision to go with FRS so incredibly easy! Your professionalism, knowledge and care is unmatched! If you're looking for foundation repairs, truly… look no further than FRS!

Josh Sims prepared an estimate for our foundation issue. He was on time, very thorough, very professional and personable. He had vast knowledge of our issue and prepared his estimate while at the house. He answered our questions and explained his proposal in an easy to understand way. The work is scheduled in a few weeks, but I expect to be as impressed as I was with the estimate process!

Zach gave an honest, fair, and omprehensive estimate of what the cost would be and offered some great financing options. He was not pushy and had answers for all my questions. After taking all his measurements and notes he went over every detail of what was going to be done. how the costing worked etc. etc.. Of the 3 quotes we got Joshua was the only inspector to walk me thru the projects after he did his inspection. I will leave another review when the project is completed.
