I’m extremely pleased with the quickness, responsiveness, and transparency from my Sales rep. But a big shoutout to Lucas and Hunter who came in and waterproofed our basement that has been leaking for the last 5 years in less than a day. I had a consultation with Bill from Foundation Recovery Systems regarding some concrete lifting we thought was necessary. After evaluating the situation, Bill quickly determined that the issue wasn't with the concrete itself, but with drainage problems causing the sinking. Instead of recommending unnecessary work to fix the concrete, which would likely sink again, he advised me to first address the downspouts to prevent further damage. Bill told me to contact him again in the future once the drainage issue was resolved. It's rare to find a company that values integrity over profit, and Bill's honesty and expertise truly stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes what's best for the customer rather than just pushing for a quick fix. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him once the drainage issue is sorted out!

These guys take an OVERWHELMING process and make it simpler than my wife and I could have ever imagined. From the free no-pressure consultation with Bradley Cooper (no, not that one) to the actual lifting process, we always felt like we understood what was going on and they were excellent at respecting our schedules. Zach Lamos was our project leader through the process of actually putting the piers into the bedrock under the corner of our house that was sinking. He even came out on a Saturday to help me take some boards off of the deck in order to prepare for the pier process. We can't say enough about how this team helped to give us some peace of mind during what could easily become an absolute disaster of a project. If you are considering going with a different company, don't!

Never felt pressured into anything during our visit. It was my decision after visiting with Ryan and about this company that I would have the work done by Foundation Recovery Systems. Both crews were amazing to work with, explaining each step of the process, and were very thorough in restoring our yard as much as possible. Both foremen, Devon from the structural side and Jesse O. from the driveway side. All the crew, Jon James, Austin W. and Cameron O were very professional and did a great job.
