Grant was very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. He showed me how FRS can transform my crawl space from a dingy, musty, moldy area to one that’s tidy, clean, and dry. He showed me how they can keep it that way for years to come by installing various drainage options, subterraneous pumps, vapor barriers & even dehumidifiers. Foundation recovery came out almost 2 years ago and installed a subpump and what was needed to block the rain water from entering our new home. I've waited to review the company until now only due to wanting the pump to work and perform its job. We have been 100% satisfied with Nick Mata (tech who drew up the system, while on site) and the workers. We can now rebuild the downstairs and actually enjoy the space for our children. They were not the lowest bid we received for the work nor the most expensive. But with a 100% lifetime warranty and super simple financing they were the best choice. And I'm very confident Nick Mata is the tech you want to request to map out your home when the work is needed. God bless you guys at Foundation recovery. You've saved our home for many years to come!!!

Very helpful and straight forward salesman. Work crew accomplished crawlspace encapsulation on time and did great work. I thought I had an issue and they immediately sent someone to check. It turned out I had a plumbing leak that they pointed out but no charge for the visit. Highly recommend.

Thankfully my inspection revealed no foundation issues, Ed Macdonald from Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely helpful in identifying my problem and providing valuable guidance on how best to address it. In an era where unnecessary repairs and poor customer service are common, this was not the case with Foundation Recovery Systems, and Ed in particular. Great overall experience from the appointment scheduling, communications, and appointment. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family! A+++++++

Kevin Macdonald came out to examine the issues we were having with water leaking into our basement. He was outstanding and I am very grateful he was our field inspector. Kevin genuinely loves his job and is passionate about all the different factors that go into foundation and water problems, even explaining the geology of our home and what was surrounding the foundation. He is highly outgoing and took the time to break down everything from the technical process to resolve the issue, to why everything was priced the way it was. Kevin explained things other companies did not even touch on, such as what type of foundation we have (monolithic) and why that meant they would have to go a different route than most repairs on newer foundations. Once Kevin left, I felt more confident and educated to make a decision on whether to fix the issue or move a different direction, as we all know these repairs are not cheap. Thank you, Kevin! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a quote or inspection.

I live in townhouses that are older and while we are renting and had the foundation in our basement repaired. It was nothing we were looking forward to as we were told it would be a week long process by our owners and they came in on Monday, Josh Eaton, Chris Horton and Aaron Hernandez. They were very polite and very clean! They did an amazing job doing whatever needed done I just know my floor is smooth and it only took them 2.5 days!!! So quick! Great over all experience if we ever needed help with a house in the future going to be giving them a call!!! Also the amount of rock they had to carry up the stairs and equipment they don’t get paid ENOUGHHH! So much hard work!

I had an awesome relationship with Foundation Recovery in the repair/waterproofing/stabilizing of my basement/home!! From the beginning, Doug Y with the home inspection & suggested work to be done to Becky & Neeley for scheduling everything to the actual work done by Cory B, Dakota R, Gaige L & Daryn H they were professional, personable, patient, effective & efficient in all they did for me!! I had at least a million questions for them throughout the entire process & they always acted as if they had all the time in the world & answered them all for me! They finished ahead of schedule & did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. I have to mention that not once with all of the demolition work to my old moldy walls, ground work & such did I ever hear a “discouraging word”. Their language was always respectful & clean!! Not something you get these days!!! I’m very proud to highly recommend Foundation Recovery for any & all of your concrete, home or basement needs!!

Nick Mata was incredible to work with. He came highly recommended to us after we started dealing with home insurance difficulties. Nick took the time to come out and explain what was happening with our home and a few options to fix it. He also made sure to explain specifically how serious/not serious each issue was so that we could make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this company to anyone feeling overwhelmed with how to allocate their finances to make their home safe for the family.
