We have had a wet basement since we moved into our new built house 12 years ago. The last rain storm produced approximately 25 gallons of water sucked up by my wet/dry vac. We called Foundation Recovery and luckily were put in contact with Michael Drebes who took care of us with a complete waterproof System. We had Ricky and crew working on the system install and they did a fantastic job of getting it done. Last night we had our first heavy rain and our basement is dry as a bone for the first time in 12 years. A big THANK YOU to Foundation Recovery for taking such good care of our situation. No more worries & Let it rain

Cisco, John, Andrew, and Ryan installed a sump pump, waterproofed my basement in a corner where it was leaking, and encapsulated my crawlspace for me. They were so kind and knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. I barely even noticed anyone was in my home. They were in and out so quick. They did a great job and answered any questions I had and everything looks fantastic. Now I can sleep easy! Thanks guys 🙂

We had such a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and I highly recommend them! Communication was great all around. The salesman Eric S was super helpful! He explained what another contractor did wrong and helped me with how to respond to that contractor. He took texts and answered questions prior to us signing the contract, and then between signing and install. Then the crew who did the install was fantastic too! Foreman Greg H and his crew worked so hard and fast! They did a helpful walk through before the job began and answered questions. On the second day of install was a snowstorm and they came anyways to finish the job, even though they could have delayed. One of the guys was manually mixing cement in 0 degree temps! They laid the cement very nicely, much smoother than the contractor we had before. And I was especially impressed that the cleaned up so well, better than how they found it (with the mess from the earlier contractor).

Gary Duvall and his team Luca B. Johnny O. were the team assigned to waterproofing our basement. They completed entire interior perimeter along with sump pump, window wells drainage system, exterior drain pipe to street. Their team did an outstanding job! They were very professional and courteous at every aspect! We are thrilled with the care they displayed of our property and their cleaning up was exceptional!! F.R.S.- Jeremy H. came out for the inspection. He patiently walked through all my concerns offering practical solutions. The pricing was fair considering the amount of work involved and three other contractors offering no solutions but a $10-$12K sump pump system. My crawl space lacked the necessary 24-18 inches required for sealing. Gary D, Luca B., Todd D., & Jordan M. came through and completed an excellent job. Mike R. & Trey E. we're assigned my driveway leveling & crack sealing also completing an excellent professional job. THANK YOU

We just had our basement water proofed and sump pump installed. The experience with Foundation Recovery was top notch from beginning to end. The crew they sent out, Brady, Davon, Dave, Nate and Billy, were very polite and respectful. Their work ethic and knowledge of the work to be done was outstanding. Brady explained everything from start to finish in way that was very understandable. Highly recommend this company and crew.

I had a very positive experience with Doug Helfrich. He provided thorough explanations regarding the necessary measurements and offered valuable insights on the optimal locations for waterproofing the basement and the placement of the sump pump. Doug also took the time to explain who Foundation Recovery is and their methods in detail. As a new homeowner, I had some apprehensions about undertaking such significant work on my lifelong investment, but Doug's professionalism and expertise helped alleviate my concerns and made the entire process much more comfortable.

Timber Shelton our field inspector was at our home this morning. I really need to express how professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable Tim is in his field of work. He thoroughly inspected and answered each one of my questions with perfect answers to my problems. We talked about several scenarios of how to fix my water problem in my finished basement. The original inspection time was supposed to only be 90 minutes but Tim took the extra time to fill my needs with all my questions and solutions. He stayed for approximately 3 hours to help us with our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. Tim has an outstanding personality and truly a professional. Needless to say we came up with a solution and I signed a contract with him to complete the work.
