They worked diligently to make sure that their work was as secure as possible!!!! Periodically during the work day, Jorge would check with me to see if I had any questions or concerns!!! Nick and Josh showed up in my home yesterday to complete the work on my pool deck, leveling and stabilization. Nick explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to stabilize the concrete deck. He was very clear, very professional in how he delivered the information. Josh explained to me some of the techniques they would use to truly make this look professional complete and stable. I was thoroughly impressed with these two fellas and the work that they had accomplished. These two guys are a crackerjack team and should be acknowledged for their work and service. We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.

The real measure of a company is not how they behave when all is well, but how they treat their customers when everything goes pear-shaped; and that's exactly what happened in our case. Sometimes you get a bad crew, a small group of ne'er do wells who simply don't perform. It happens. It happened to us. However once upper management found out what was going on they didn't hesitate to swoop in and make everything right, and that at a substantial cost to themselves. Concrete work is bloody expensive no matter the size of the job and, although we're just one small residential account, we were taken seriously and all repairs were done professionally and at our convenience. I can't praise these people enough for how they chose to behave when the chips were down, and I highly recommend them both for their skill and their commitment.

We were impressed from the very first contact for a home inspection of our crawl space. We got a comprehensive quote that included pictures and explanation of the work to be done to encapsulate our crawl space on our 1956 built house. Our inspector coordinated an electrician and duct work installer to work with the AFS team to lay down insulation, vapor barrier and dehumidifier. We were very pleased with the professionalism, work ethic and friendliness of our team of Johnie, Michael and Morgan who competed the job in less than two days. We appreciated the team leader Johnnie who communicated with us about the schedule but we also suggest a confirmation of time of arrival of the team a day in advance. We highly recommend this company who reached out to us when we inquired about getting the work done.

Had a wonderful experience with Peyton and his crew Taylor, Collin, Mario who handled my project in Springfield TN. I needed extra support in my crawl space because my pillars were cracking due to the age of my house (1956) and the floors had bounce. AFS inspected the crawl space and didn’t try to over sell me anything. They were reasonable priced for the amount of supports needed. I’m very happy with the results. They have a lifetime warranty on parts and installation. Can’t beat that.

Gavin, Julio & Margarito’s professionalism was exceptional! I requested a 2-day project (Thu-Fri) since the job was quite extensive (installation of 8 helical piers to include 1 corner of our 121-yr-old renovated home). However, upon arrival through the end-of-day, this 3-person crew was nose-down, working hard, and communicating with us consistently throughout the entire day. End result: We only needed 1 day versus 2! Excellent workmanship, cleanup, respect of property and most importantly there were no shortcuts taken and we got our Friday back! We highly recommend AFS and THIS Team! Great work and kudos to Gavin, Julio, & Margarito.
