My experience with AFS was both professional and stress free, from start to finish. It started with field inspector Mike coming in and reviewing what I was trying to accomplish, and then helping me develop a budget that I was comfortable with. It ended with installers Cody, Brady, and Aiden coming in and doing an excellent job of incapsulating my crawl space. All and all, this was one of my best experience working with contractors on a project.

They aren’t even finished with our project yet, they’re about to end day 1/2 and I am impatient and just had to say this. My husband and I are newlyweds. We are young, inexperienced with contractors, and we were nervous because all we hear about are horror stories of people who come to work on something at your home. These guys are beyond incredible. The entire company is obviously so competent, professional and passionate. Everyone from Ben Sizemore who gave us 4 HOURS OF HIS TIME to sit down with us and go through every detail of this project, down to the foreman Trent Baker who headed up his team of 3 guys as they’ve spent the entire day working. I’m blown away by everyone’s kindness, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. and these are young men!! They all deserve raises, compliments, and when (not if because you must) you hire them, go to the store and buy them snacks and drinks. They deserve it. I wish this company did regular home renovations because it feels like it can only go down from here haha! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making our very first home improvement a wonderful experience. I’m so beyond grateful. I’ll update my review after they’re all finished. I know it’ll be even better tomorrow. 🤍

My daughter's room is in our walk out basement. It would flood almost everytime it rained, continuing to get worse. My wife and I decided to finally consider the sub pump option. Alan started the process with us and TJ came out to look at the project. Both of them were so easy to communicate with, and were transparent with everything. TJ spend a good amount of time looking over everything, and sitting down with us to go over every detail. The project was schedule within a couple of weeks, and the crew installed in one day! The room continues to be bone dry through many heavy rains and we are so thankful we went with AFS.

I had a wonderful experience with the company. From the very beginning with Hunter I was pleased and knew it would be a good experience. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process by answering questions as well as walking me through all the steps that were taken to resolve the problem. Tommy, Dylan and Jesus were all very invested in the company with only positive attitudes and compliments on the company and their work experience with them the entire time. My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!
