Scheduled an inspection for a sagging concrete sidewalk (and front steps)….Tanner arrived as scheduled and provided me a professional assessment of the damage, along with a repair estimate. He clearly explained the lifting process, with the help of some before and after videos. I scheduled the sidewalk repair, and also received an estimate for driveway repair (cracks, sagging, etc). There was no pressure at all….Tanner also inspected the exterior of our house for any signs of foundation problems, which he did not see! Before replacing a concrete sidewalk or driveway, I would definitely contact AFS for a free inspection to learn how their lifting process can save you time and money! Thank you!

Robert Fuller inspected our back patio, accessing all of the cracking & splitting of the concrete. I felt confident he could correct the problem and save me from a big expense. Gavin Dendy & Matthew Meyers arrived when scheduled and walked me thru the process. I watched as the slabs of concrete were slowly lifted and leveled. The cracks were then cut & sealed. Both Matt and Gavin were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend AFS for any concrete repairs.

DEVON ,DEE AND OMAR Arrived timely set up and did the job with respect and professionalism. No problems with any request towards house respect or requests for special attention. Problems with install came up Devon immediately attempted to describe and explain situations and remedies. Was not offened nor showed any frustration when I asked to talk with Allen. Devon was patient and friendly, he immediately called Allen and communicated the problem, continued other work and waited for Allen to arrive and settle and answered all concerns. The whole experience was not with out issues. But where handled and remedied on site to my satisfaction. Great crew, did a good jod even in spite of terrible weather. Thank you

Sorry for the late review! Kayode & Tyler did an amazing job with the encapsulation, French drain, removal of mold and extension of my discharge pipes in my crawlspace. They walked into a mess and left me with a dry, mold free crawlspace with an area that could be used for storage as well, Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with this foundation and crawlspace encapsulation company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was done right. Taylor, Nick, and Mannie were outstanding — they showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and treated my home with care and respect throughout the project. Their attention to detail and workmanship were top-notch, and the crawlspace looks amazing now. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The whole crew was friendly, efficient, and made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair or crawlspace encapsulation services. Huge thanks again to Taylor, Nick, and Mannie for a job well done!
