We had a wet and smelly crawl space and a friend recommended AFS. We called and were able to get an appointment quickly. After inspection the representative Brandon explained what needed to be done and was very thorough and informative. A few days later Evan Jensen, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez began the repair. This team is amazing. They are efficient and professional. What a fantastic job! The crawl space is clean, dry and we are so pleased with the results!

From start to finish, AFS has taken great care and time to ensure the longevity of my home. The initial inspection was completed in great detail. Even when the news of needed repairs hit, the technician remained both tactful and compassionate – ensuring that we were in good hands. When the installation technicians arrived, they got right to work, and provided daily updates. Upon completion, the installation technicians sent pictures and videos of the completed crawl space work. They were courteous and kind, as well as professional. The entire process was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company, for all things crawlspace foundation and basement.

This company did an awesome job!! We were informed on everything thay were going to do and were told that they would be here in aprox. 3 weeks to do the job but they called a couple days later and said they could be here in 3 days! Coming to the realization that a house I am wanting to remodel needed extreme measures taken to repair the foundation had me quite worried and on edge until Caleb Loy, a Certified Field Inspector for AFS, helped me to clearly see the need AND the process for repair. A construction friend referred me to AFS, and AFS was quick to set me up with an inspector, Caleb Loy, the next day. Caleb explained the entire inspection and results well, and he followed up with detailed measures for repair. It’s always good to know someone hears me and responds appropriately. I would definitely recommend AFS!
