The technician, Bill, just finished the first annual inspection of the installation that was completed a year ago and I wanted to add my 2 cents worth to the many positive reviews already up. From estimate to this first inspection my experience with Bakers Waterproofing has truly been 5 star! At installation the technician felt that changing to wall anchors would be a better choice and, after some discussion with the company, was able to do the job with only a small adjustment in the final price. Since that time, each time I go into the basement, I am impressed with the appearance of the work and the knowledge that that wall is secure! Add to that the personable and caring technicians that do the follow-up work and I am confident in recommending Baker Waterproofing to anyone that asks!

Look no further—hire Alpha Foundations! After a few no-shows for other quotes and one company leaving us feeling stressed/scared, Alpha stepped in and saved the day! From their presentation/quote to the installation, we were thoroughly impressed every step of the way. We now have the peace of mind of knowing our house isn't going to collapse. Thank you, Alpha!

Denis Goncharov was the representative that came to our home to do an annual inspection. We changed out the sump pump to a higher quality one that has more safety features. We recently had all the piping changed in the home to Pex due to a broken water line . So we appreciate the intellectual experience from Denis to avoid any future water issues. If you haven’t tested your house for Radon levels please do as it can cause lung cancer if the ratings under the foundation are high . Denis checked this home and it was good but we have others that need a mitigation system that we are addressing now with Denis from Ground works ! Thanks 🙏 again Denis

Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.

Could not be happier. Could not be more grateful. Tyler W and Caleb S got right to work. They answered my questions, in fact they asked ME if I had questions. I didn’t have to wonder what was coming up, when they were coming- nothing. No worries. And they left my terrible crawl space looking neat and shipshape. Plus the outside where water was to drain- neat, tidy and professional looking.

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H

Unfortunately we were among many in our neighborhood who needed foundation repair. We were evaluated and put on the schedule with a month time and a surprisingly low quote after I had been hearing my neighbors quote at least 3 times what we were quoted. The crew that came were prompt, checking in by text. They removed then replanted some shrubs and removed a small tree. They repaired a concrete hole in the driveway. Over all cleaned up nicely removing trash and sweeping dirt from the driveway. I hope I do not have to but I would hire them again. Highly recommend.
