riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

Joe and Chance Bender came to my house to stabilize multiple areas, including several bedrooms, a hallway, foyer, inside the garage, and even the sidewalk and driveway. They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and always brought concerns to my attention promptly. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Brice, the salesman, was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make arrangements, even answering questions via text on weekends. His dedication really stood out. The pier crew, including Lupe, Chance S., and Stavion, also did an exceptional job. They communicated clearly, were mindful of the property, and worked efficiently to complete the job. They saw my concerns about the previous work and jumped right into action to explain what was going and what needed to be done. i was so impressed with this team. From start to finish, my experience with AFS was superb. Taylor's inspection and diagnosis with easy-to-understand explanations was very professional and appreciated. The crew that came to complete the work (David, Bobby and Jesus) was excellent. Every step of the process was explained with pictures provided. The clean-up was so good that you could hardly tell that they had dug four seventeen-foot holes under the foundation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work.

Very friendly when I called in. Scheduled fee estimate although I wasn’t sure they did what I needed. Even Eakle showed up at scheduled time. Immediately realized I didn’t currently need their services. I showed him what my problem was, and he actually with the use of one little tool fixed my problem perfectly on all five window wells. He was such a friendly guy great customer service. I would highly highly recommend using them if you would ever need waterproofing cement, leveling, or any other other other services I would definitely give them a call. I believe he is out of the Kent office. I’m not sure he did have a 216 area code exchange, he did a fabulous job if I ever need any waterproofing or here of anybody that needs it I would definitely tell him to call these people

Upon requesting information on a consultation Mr Clark Davis reached out to me via phone call setup an appt and was on time and very patient with due to me having to get off work but he greeted me with a hand shake while introducing himself. He thoroughly explain to me what his job title was as well as what he came to do. He did a thorough inspection under the house as well as took pictures to help me understand what he was looking for and what all needed to be like he really explained in detail what was expected to be done also showed me videos of what was goi no to be done. I was VERY confident and trusted that I was in good hands with him at that moment. Fast forward he then called me with the dates on when the crew would come and they too were also very thorough greeted me and they were all on point with EVERYTHING. I really do appreciate Kyle, Debo, and Quinton for doing a very good job and the best part that I really liked is that they cleaned up behind themselves and make sure I was satisfied with the results and I was!! I plan on continuing doing business with them in the near future. I can truly say I absolutely love the work that has been done so far. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!

I had an extra support beam on jacks installed in my crawlspace to support a sagging and bouncy first floor. Price was a little higher than other estimates but the job done was professional through and through. Clean worksite, communicative from start to finish, and the workmanship is excellent. They even called to schedule the support adjustments once cement dried – which I'm used to having to chase contractors for follow up details – but not in this case. My crew were Keith, Roberto, and Jose. They were the same crew that came to make follow up adjustments a few weeks later. The problem was solved and the work+crew were excellent.

Kolden Kicklighter came to our house to inspect our crawl space. He showed us videos of the area, several moisture readings and pictures of our floor joists. He presented two options for encapsulating the crawl space that will permanently solve our moisture problems and prevent future foundation problems. Kolden was very prepared, very knowledgeable, very thorough and VERY professional. We were quite impressed. We got a 2nd quote that was considerably more and didn't provide the materials and warranty Mount Valley offers. We are sure we'll be pleased with Mount Valley.

AJ came to visit for some concerns we had regarding excess water in our sump pump and around the house. He did a thorough inspection and provided a diagnosis of some possible issues. Ultimately, there was no issues that warranted Groundworks working on the house but he gave DIY suggestions and contractor recommendations for the work that Groundworks doesn’t do. This is our second time working with AJ and he has always been extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Huge thanks AJ!
