I couldn't be more pleased with the work completed by AFS. This was not an easy project; the foundation footing was much thicker than expected, which created additional challenges and extended the job by a few days. Despite those obstacles, the crew remained professional, respectful, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. A special thanks to Tim, D-Kota, Hunter, and Zach. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was happening, answered every question thoroughly, and always responded in a timely manner. What impressed me most was their dedication to quality and customer service. Even when unexpected issues arose, they maintained a positive attitude and focused on delivering the best possible outcome rather than rushing through the work.
