Nick and Josh from AFS CONCRETE LEAVELING came out to relevel my driveway after some settling issues caused it to pull apart some. They both explained to me what the remedie would be. Going forward, Nick showed me by using his level that any water accumulation would now run off the concrete instead of pondering. They both did an amazing job as Josh showed me the procedure on sealing the cracks that had opened up. Both these guys were professional and highly recommended!

Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. Caleb, Cody, Tim, Travis & Zach, Thank You Again!

Inspector Reid Walley—At the onset of the inspection process, I had no idea what to expect. After Reid performed and completed the inspection, I could not have designed and built a more thorough & professional individual to work with. From setting the appointment, to completing the inspection, to explaining his findings as well as options and cost, Reid was diligent, thorough, professional, and just plain pleasant to work with. The reason that I gave 5 stars is because 10 stars was not an option. I unequivocally and without hesitation recommend Reid if you find yourself in need of crawl space or foundation work.

My scheduled appointment with Cameron Goodrich from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I have noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the companys ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, wont be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). I recently had an inspection and estimate from AFS and the inspector they sent out was very thorough. Wade Siler is his name. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process very transparent. If you are considering working with AfS in the future and live in the Nashville area, ask for Wade Siler. You will not be disappointed.
