I had an outstanding experience with Evan, Aldo and Jorge. Evan and his team went above and beyond to assist and make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with everything in the end. He truly went out of his way to make things work out for me. I cannot recommend these three enough. They also got the job time in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and were very friendly and helpful.

They took time to explain what the repair procedure was and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was going on. Our work crew of Nathan, Tyler, and Ben were very professional, respectful, and thorough. We are confident we have made a wise investment in our home. Fairly new homeowner and we had some issues with our main floor bathroom ceiling separating from the wall. Concerned there may some foundational issues. AFS had great reviews so I went with a free inspection to see what they could find. Jesse came out during cold weather and explained in depth the company, the work, and the fix. Found a lot more wrong with the house than I would've ever imagined, but I believe they have expertise in their work. Have a lot to think about before making any decisions. Will follow up with a new review if we proceed with recommended work.

Aaron Jernigan is the man! He came out after a severe flooding took place in my crawlspace due to a busted city water pipe, removed the standing water, retaped my vapor barrier, and made sure my sump pumps and dehumidifier were still functioning at optimal levels. Even while booked up, he still was able to squeeze me in to take care of my home. I appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. AFS has a rockstar and his name is Aaron!

Gavin, Julio & Margarito’s professionalism was exceptional! I requested a 2-day project (Thu-Fri) since the job was quite extensive (installation of 8 helical piers to include 1 corner of our 121-yr-old renovated home). However, upon arrival through the end-of-day, this 3-person crew was nose-down, working hard, and communicating with us consistently throughout the entire day. End result: We only needed 1 day versus 2! Excellent workmanship, cleanup, respect of property and most importantly there were no shortcuts taken and we got our Friday back! We highly recommend AFS and THIS Team! Great work and kudos to Gavin, Julio, & Margarito.

From the inspection, explanation and quote from Frank to the day and a half of foundation work by Carlos, Gustavo and Julio, AFS provided top notch work with outstanding customer service. The crew were so professional answering questions and listening about challenge with the septic line running near the piers. They hand dug 4 piers to be extra careful to not damage the septic line. Clean up was neat and tidy and the retaining wall and house are now stabilized which will make resale in years to come much easier with lifetime warrantee! Thanks guys!!

I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023. My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!
