The AFS crew of Freddie, Jorge, & Sebastian did an outstanding job in every way! Uber came to assist the 3rd day and they completed the job flawlessly! Such a breath of fresh air to have guys with such a great work ethic and smiles that fill a room! They were so professional & pleasant! It was such a pleasure having these guys do the job for us! I would like to thank Stephen, Alex and his crew, Matt, and Parris for all that they did. Everything was professional and you could have not asked for anymore. It all started from the Quote till the finished product, very professional. They answered all my questions and explained it to a tee. The whole process lasted 3 days, every part of the process was weel communicated withe time and estimates on completion. AFS should be very proud of the personnel they have working for them. We had quotes from three different companies for encapsulation and foundation repair but went with AFS as they caught a couple things the other companies did not. Also, we liked the heavier duty product they offer for encapsulation, plus an air tight/insulated crawlspace door. Nikoli E, Caleb B, Ivan G and Christian P. did a great job and left the crawlspace neat and tidy. Nickoli was very communicative and has the most excellent customer service skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. They did not promise they could lift our floor to level but in the end, it looks and feels almost level! We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great experience!

I have nothing but positive things to say about AFS! Our home had several issues that needed to be addressed, such as moisture in the crawlspace, sagging beams, and lack of floor supports. After calling AFS, we meet with their inspector who conducted a thorough inspection and explained all areas of concern. When the time came for the repairs, AFS was in constant communication with us and gave an accurate estimate of their arrival. The crew that showed up (Jackson, Micah, and Mikey) were fantastic! They were professional, detail oriented, and open to our questions. After completing the work, we did a walkthrough with the foreman to ensure we were happy with the repairs. I highly recommend AFS for anyone experiencing issues with their crawlspace or foundation.

AFS repaired our sinking foundation today. They have been wonderful from start to finish! They are the real deal! Casey was a pleasure to deal with when he came to give us a quote. He answered our never-ending questions and was professional and kind. He answered texts and calls promptly. The crew that performed our repair (David, Bobby, Jose, and Jacob) were a joy to deal with. David contacted me this morning to let me know what time they’d arrive. The crew all introduced themselves to me. Incredibly professional. They showed me each step of the process to make sure I understood what was being done. They protected plants we were trying to save. They cleaned everything up prior to leaving and left the areas better than they found them. It was obvious that these four guys take so much pride in their work! All in all, it was a wonderful experience. These five employees are incredible, and AFS is lucky to have them on board!

They aren’t even finished with our project yet, they’re about to end day 1/2 and I am impatient and just had to say this. My husband and I are newlyweds. We are young, inexperienced with contractors, and we were nervous because all we hear about are horror stories of people who come to work on something at your home. These guys are beyond incredible. The entire company is obviously so competent, professional and passionate. Everyone from Ben Sizemore who gave us 4 HOURS OF HIS TIME to sit down with us and go through every detail of this project, down to the foreman Trent Baker who headed up his team of 3 guys as they’ve spent the entire day working. I’m blown away by everyone’s kindness, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. and these are young men!! They all deserve raises, compliments, and when (not if because you must) you hire them, go to the store and buy them snacks and drinks. They deserve it. I wish this company did regular home renovations because it feels like it can only go down from here haha! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making our very first home improvement a wonderful experience. I’m so beyond grateful. I’ll update my review after they’re all finished. I know it’ll be even better tomorrow. 🤍
