AFS did a great job on leveling my porch concrete. It has been a problem for 30 years with the original contractor using the wrong grade of fill under the slab. Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one told me that I needed to hire an engineer and then I got the quote from AFS. While these type of repairs are expensive to do they worked with me to come up with a plan that will take care of my issues, but that could work with a budget. Jesse, Selvin and Smith performed my repairs. They explained all that they were doing and even when we ran into an issue they addressed it and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

William Edwards, our AFS project manager and technician, showed up on time, communicated well before and during the service visit, and conducted a preventive assessment of our crawl space while conducting an annual inspection of their previous work. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. We decided to encapsulate our crawlspace, and the wait time was only a few weeks. He recommended a trusted electrician to prepare our site and complete some additional, unrelated projects. William upheld the excellent reputation of AFS, a company we already recommend to friends.
