Evan, Jorge, and Aldo did a fantastic job. They were quick ( they stayed until a 2 day job was finished in 1), efficient and even acted like they liked our cooking (we made them take a break to eat lunch with us). When the job was finished everything was super clean. They explained everything they did, the warranty, the pump and dehumidifier and the floor and wall coverings.We have used AFS twice now and would highly recommend them.

The inspector, Jared, was on time for our appointment. He was courteous, professional, explained all the work that they needed to do, and gave us a price. The project foreman, Matthew, and his helper, John, came ahead of time on the day scheduled, were both extremely mannerly, courteous, and respectful. They wasted no time, worked hard, and did a really good job. I would recommend this company and this crew.

Jim Adams, Joe, Anthony “Gonzo,” and Pedro did an outstanding job on my flooded basement. These guys explained everything to me, gave me numerous options, and were the definition of customer service. They covered all my belongings and even left the basement cleaner than what I had it. These guys came out in a hurry, and finished ahead of the projected finish time! We had Brian come out today and give us a quote for crawl space encapsulation. He was AWESOME!! He was very informative and honest about what he thought we needed to do for our situation. He didn’t try to push his product down our throat or make us feel pressured in anyway. We will definitely be calling him back when we are ready to move forward. 100% recommend.

We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, …
We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, I realized the installers lapped the ground sheets incorrectly directing all the water flow onto the top of the next downhill sheet. This put all the pressure of holding the water on the tape, which did not hold after years of getting wet. Our service technician Ty could see the problem immediately when I told him my concerns. He spent an unbelievable amount of time re-lapping every joint. He did an AMAZING job and I now feel totally confident that my AFS encapsulation will do the job for decades to come. Ty also took the time to explain the control panels of the sump pumps and dehumidifier so I can reset the alarms that occur when it has to go on battery back up, a fairly common occurrence in rural Alabama. Thank you Ty. You are the best.
