We had foundation problems and got the crawl space encapsulated. Notice I said we HAD foundation problems, not anymore!! AFS IS THE BOMB!!!! From the first contact when our inspector Shay arrived to the time our crew arrived, the job completed was exactly as promised. NO SURPRISES!! The crew was amazing to say the least!! They we're very prompt, professional and informative every day. The work area was kept clean every day including the completion of the job!! What a pleasure this experience has been!! I couldn't be more impressed with the service at AFS. They were extremely professional, arrived on time, and walked me through every step of the process. Not to mention, they were able to set me up with the initial free inspection within just 3 days of me giving them a call. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs foundation repair. Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. Caleb, Cody, Tim, Travis & Zach, Thank You Again!

Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. Looking forward to having a dry basement in the 50 year old house that we bought last summer. Our sales consultant, Rob L., was also a wealth of information and helped us find an affordable solution to our water issue. We definitely would recommend AFS to others!

Rhys was awesome! He took the time to show us what had been done by the previous owners to prevent water from coming into the basement. Water had come in when the radon company drilled down into the concrete. Rhys explained that there is likely still water under the house due to underground springs, thus water coming up through the pipe that’s supposed to pump out the radon. Rhys was knowledgeable and where he wasn’t sure he researched and did not make up an answer. Very ethical and very thorough! Thanks Rhys! 😄
