AFS came out to my house and did a fantastic job with my basement . They were very professional and did quality work in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for any of your basement or crawlspace needs . I gave 5 stars because they did everything they promised me and went past my expectations with the installation. Evan Jensen and his crew Aldo ,Jorge, and Nick M. Were outstanding !! Mike was okay! 😆

Brian, is a friendly person! He also treats you like your family, but very professional at what he does. He's the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable. And he explains things to you so you know and understand what needs to be done. He the type of person that makes it easy to spend money. To get things done.William

Robert Fuller inspected our back patio, accessing all of the cracking & splitting of the concrete. I felt confident he could correct the problem and save me from a big expense. Gavin Dendy & Matthew Meyers arrived when scheduled and walked me thru the process. I watched as the slabs of concrete were slowly lifted and leveled. The cracks were then cut & sealed. Both Matt and Gavin were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend AFS for any concrete repairs.

Brandan did an a very thorough job inspecting our crawlspace after we had damage from the ice storm and gave us a detailed report of what we needed to fix. We decided to proceed and Collin and his team did a great job installing! They were thorough and efficient. The new crawlspace looks amazing!

I had an outstanding experience with Evan, Aldo and Jorge. Evan and his team went above and beyond to assist and make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with everything in the end. He truly went out of his way to make things work out for me. I cannot recommend these three enough. They also got the job time in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and were very friendly and helpful.

Our lousy builder installed a french drain that plugged after 8 years. The AFS crew – Matthew Ridley, Coby Stealey, and Shawn Lowe – installed a sump drain and pump. The crew was on time, polite, hard-working, and informative. As bad as it looked while they were running jackhammers in my basement, the area was neat and tidy when they finished. I hope to never again need AFS Foundation and Waterproofing. But if you need this work done, this company dispatched a quality crew from Knoxville to Piney Flats.

I’ve been a customer of AFS for 4years now after buying an older home in Gulfport MS. Living very close to the busy railroad tracks, They have been awesome keeping my floors level and giving me peace of mind. Bobby, David, and Jesus came out today to add a couple of beams and bracing that was needed. I have to say they were very courteous and professional and were able to answer any questions I had.. Looking forward to continuing business with such a great company!

DEVON ,DEE AND OMAR Arrived timely set up and did the job with respect and professionalism. No problems with any request towards house respect or requests for special attention. Problems with install came up Devon immediately attempted to describe and explain situations and remedies. Was not offened nor showed any frustration when I asked to talk with Allen. Devon was patient and friendly, he immediately called Allen and communicated the problem, continued other work and waited for Allen to arrive and settle and answered all concerns. The whole experience was not with out issues. But where handled and remedied on site to my satisfaction. Great crew, did a good jod even in spite of terrible weather. Thank you
