I cannot say enough good things! I am so impressed with this company and the guys that do the work (Archie, Brad, Adam, Nate and the crew that did the install of interior waterproofing system as well as our production manager and the initial meeting with Kristofer)… The professionalism, kindness, care to details, communication, they were an overall great group of people to work with! I could not be more happy with the work that was completed… It was so neatly done and I just really appreciated their honesty throughout the process with everything, always available to answer any and all questions. We selected this company based on reviews and were worried if we were going to make the right choice for such a big, complicated project and from start to finish I’m blown away! I would recommend this company to anybody- it wasn’t easy and they showed up on time, every time, and with smiles on their faces!

I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023. Rhys was awesome! He took the time to show us what had been done by the previous owners to prevent water from coming into the basement. Water had come in when the radon company drilled down into the concrete. Rhys explained that there is likely still water under the house due to underground springs, thus water coming up through the pipe that’s supposed to pump out the radon. Rhys was knowledgeable and where he wasn’t sure he researched and did not make up an answer. Very ethical and very thorough! Thanks Rhys! 😄
