More importantly he didn't try to manufacturer solutions to issues I don't. 100% would recommend Levi and AFS for anyone who needs waterproofing their crawl space or their basement.

We met Caleb Loy on August 09, 24. He kept us informed of his arrival time before getting here at 9:15AM. We sat down for an Informational Overview and then proceeded to the Crawl space for an indept Inspection. We discussed options to correct the problem after the Inspection and decided on one of the available solutions to fix our problem. We signed a contract and the work will be done this Monday, the 12th. of August. Caleb is on time and seems to know his job. It was a pleasure to work with Caleb and we are looking forward to meeting the work crew on Monday.

This company came through for us when we needed them the most. After having a home fire a few months earlier, money was tight, and Jonathan was incredibly understanding. He offered several affordable options and made sure we were taken care of. We had rain coming within the week, and I was worried about the brand‑new carpet we had just installed. Jonathan and his team got us scheduled quickly and finished the job before the storm hit. It poured the next day, and thanks to their work, we had zero flooding — and still don’t to this day. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, efficient, and kind. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jonathan and his crew. Five stars from start to finish.

AFS installed a crawlspace drain and sump pump at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with, clearly explaining the options and helping us choose the right solution without any pressure. The installation crew — Kayode, Tyler, and Adam — were professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care throughout the project. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the job site was left clean when they finished. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend AFS, especially Alex and this crew.

Keenan was very knowledgeable and carefully crafted and explained the plan to stabilize my home. The other team members: David, Bobbie, Jesu's and James carried out the plan – a Five Star Team. Twelve (12) piers were needed and installed around the perimeter of the house to stabilize the foundation and eleven (11) floor supports were installed underneath the house for further stabilization. David Pettway was the foreman. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They all appeared to love what they were doing. They paused all along to make sure I could see and understand every step of the installation process. I would highly recommend this team who undertook this major project for me. Thank you team for making this process easy for me. I highly recommend AFS.

I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023.
