He walked me through the entire process of the inspection and then sat down with me and showed me informational videos of the issues found and solutions to those problems. Matt spent about 2 hours here with me during the inspection. Highly recommend if you are having foundation issues.

Alan Nunalee was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative, when he came to inspect our crawlspace today. He informed us of significant problems with moisture and mildew, and how AFS would deal with the problem. He took pictures of the issues, and drew up a floorplan of our house, showing where the work would be done. He secured a military discount for us, and a very good interest rate. Last week, Tyler Whitt performed my annual inspection and checkup of encapsulation and equipment. He was extremely thorough and conscientious about the work. He even took pictures of the space under my house so I could see what it all looked like. I had never seen the space since I can’t go under the house! I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience and attention to detail. He’s tops in my book!

Uriel, Bryce, and Austin were amazing! The corner of our home was sinking due to age and an old tree root rotting underneath. I didn’t think the amount of sinkage was that bad, but the difference was crazy! They communicated with me the whole time, and explained everything thoroughly after the job was completed. An added bonus we didn’t ask for, they took the old root out and dumped it for us!
