We met Caleb Loy on August 09, 24. He kept us informed of his arrival time before getting here at 9:15AM. We sat down for an Informational Overview and then proceeded to the Crawl space for an indept Inspection. We discussed options to correct the problem after the Inspection and decided on one of the available solutions to fix our problem. We signed a contract and the work will be done this Monday, the 12th. of August. Caleb is on time and seems to know his job. It was a pleasure to work with Caleb and we are looking forward to meeting the work crew on Monday.

Knock, knock – AFS showed up at my house, and Foreman Shane Gower completely restored my faith in what true customer service looks like. Shane is genuinely one of the most honest, kind, and trustworthy people I have ever met. Working with him felt like stepping back into the 1990s, when customer service, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship actually mattered. He never once tried to rush the job, squeeze numbers, or push unnecessary decisions. Instead, he focused on doing what was right for my home. What really stood out was his character. When he realized that part of the original quote was wrong and the damage was far worse than expected, Shane immediately stepped up and said, “This isn’t right, but we will take care of you.” No excuses. No pressure. Just honesty and accountability. That moment alone told me everything I needed to know about Shane and AFS. During the final walkthrough, Shane personally made sure everything was perfect. He and his crew went truly above and beyond, treating my house as if it were their own. Their attention to detail, care, and professionalism were exceptional from start to finish. Because of Shane and his team, AFS is now the only company I would ever trust to work on my home. Five stars is honestly too low for these absolute gems. If you’re considering AFS, ask for Shane — you will not regret it.

AFS came out 2 years ago to stablize and try to raise an addition we had put in. 2 years later there has been some movement a few feet from where the piers were placed. Nick C. came out and inspected and agreed it was a problem and AFS came out and installed 2 new piers. Josh B. Bailey L. Manuel & Chris C. came to do the install. They ran into a problem with a piece of equipment and had McBay bring them a new one. They were successful at raising to fix the crack in the block. They all did a very professional job and now my exterior door will close properly. Thanks guy for the good work.

He was extremely informative, made sure i understood what my options were, always (literally) willing to answer any questions i had through the entire process and definitely not afraid to say he needed to get back to me if he wasn’t 💯 positive on the information i was asking for. I really appreciate his patience and integrity through the entire process. I shopped several different companies before making my decision to go with AFS and in full confidence recommend Rhett for your under house moisture control. Taylor and his crew did the cleaning and installation under my house. Fantastic job! I was impressed by the professionalism, complete respect for my home, and constant contact with information of the process. There were a few times that original plans needed to be changed and he handled each instance with professionalism and poise. The pride in what he does not only shows in his work, but also in the way he leads his team. Highly recommended him for cleaning and installation.

AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing water. They installed a drainage system with pump, full mold treatment and cleaning of the floor joists, did a full encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier and replaced our crawlspace door. I must say I am impressed by the work I have seen down there and I would highly recommend these guys. I also want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Cody, Justin and Christian for all of their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed with the work progress and answered all of my questions. Thanks again gentlemen !!
