I cannot say enough good things about Chase who performed our inspection and Adam the foreman as well as Adam’s team. They did an AMAZING job and were extremely professional, friendly, and honest. Chase answered all my questions in a friendly and easy-to-understand way which made me feel confident that I was making the right choice with AFS. Our crawl space is not the easiest to navigate but Adam’s team worked hard to get the job done and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing work! We noticed a difference immediately and will definitely be recommending AFS to anyone who needs crawl space help. Thank you again!

Obviously good news is celebrated with the not so good, meaning water, & humidity must be dealt with no matter how clean or much barrier we've put down. AFS professionals (Allan Proctor), just painted a tremendously welcomed solution; encapsulating about 1000 sq' of space. Its turn key, and after a very education inspection & walk, thru with Mr. Proctor, we will follow his guidance. We had Brian come out today and give us a quote for crawl space encapsulation. He was AWESOME!! He was very informative and honest about what he thought we needed to do for our situation. Jordan came out to look at some of these cracks in my basement walls, they just showed up one day and nearly gave my girls a panic attack!! He was SUPER knowledgeable and you can tell he’s been doing this for a long time. Even when we were talking numbers, I never felt like he was rushing me.
