John and CJ were the technicians that completed my project. I was told that I would receive a call to confirm the technicians that would be performing the work – I did a couple of days before. During the call we confirmed the work to be done and the time they would arrive. They were on time, all work to be done was reiterated and confirmed. There was no malingering by the technicians. All work required was completed as stated and a final walk-thru was done to confirm completion with me. My property was cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciated the care given to my home during this project. John and CJ were the consummate professionals – Thanks guys! B. Johnson

Excellent service!!! Great communication throuought the entire process. From the original survey where all of our options for repair and service were explained as well financing options. Afterwards they were readily available to answer any and all questions that we thought of after the initial consultation and were accommodating to our busy schedule to get our house repaired quickly.. On the day of service, Uriel and his crew, Austin, Cameron and David arrived on time and easily explained the entire process again and got right down to work. They kept me fully informed and walked me through each step of the process as it occured so that the entire 3 hour service call went smoothly and I got to see what was going on every stey of the way. Afterwards, the foreman Uriel explained the 5 year service contract and its process while the rest of the crew cleaned up any remaining mess and we completed the paperwork. All in all, I'm 100% satisfied with my service and everyone exceeded my amd my wife's expectations.

Hired AFS to do concrete floor injection leveling. Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd did a fantastic job of drilling and injecting the material to stabilize part of my pool deck and patio slab. It was done with professionalism and expertise. I was very happy with the result and well worth the time and money spent for an important job.

John Alexander was my service tech yesterday. He completed my annual inspection on the crawlspace work that was completed with AFS. He was hands down 1 of the best service providers I’ve ever had to the pleasure of meeting. He understood my concerns, and instantly got to work doing everything he could to make it right! And he did!

AFS provided exceptional service. Ben S. came and gave us a quote and told us exactly what we needed done. He was a true professional. Then came the time for AFS to make good on their promises and Jackson, Micah, and Mikey did not disappoint. They communicated before, during, and after the job. They walked us through everything they were going to do and then showed us at the end that it was done. They were fantastic to deal with and so was AFS as a company. Thank you for helping us get our crawl space and foundation in order. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future.

AFS repaired our sinking foundation today. They have been wonderful from start to finish! They are the real deal! Casey was a pleasure to deal with when he came to give us a quote. He answered our never-ending questions and was professional and kind. He answered texts and calls promptly. The crew that performed our repair (David, Bobby, Jose, and Jacob) were a joy to deal with. David contacted me this morning to let me know what time they’d arrive. The crew all introduced themselves to me. Incredibly professional. They showed me each step of the process to make sure I understood what was being done. They protected plants we were trying to save. They cleaned everything up prior to leaving and left the areas better than they found them. It was obvious that these four guys take so much pride in their work! All in all, it was a wonderful experience. These five employees are incredible, and AFS is lucky to have them on board!

I just want to give a huge shot out to Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe! The first day they started work it was raining, and they got to see first hand the mess we have been dealing with😞. They worked so hard. I actually felt bad🥺. They explained everything to me and they even cleaned up the mess when they were done. I can’t say enough great things about these 2. I highly recommend them and this company. Thank you guys for all you do😊

I highly recommend Jason and his team for mold remediation. From the very first phone call, he was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He answered every time I called, got us a quote quickly, and had the work completed within just a few days. In real estate, timing is everything, and his fast turnaround helped keep our transaction moving forward without unnecessary delays. He communicated clearly throughout the process and did exactly what he said he would do. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive, Jason is the person to call.

Wade Siler did a stellar job inspecting the crawl space. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave me a specific estimate. He was candid about what was necessary and what was not. I highly recommend Wade and AFS!
