Jordan came out to look at some of these cracks in my basement walls, they just showed up one day and nearly gave my girls a panic attack!! He was SUPER knowledgeable and you can tell he’s been doing this for a long time. Even when we were talking numbers, I never felt like he was rushing me. He went over all my options in detail and I really felt confident knowing the next steps. I’d totally recommend him to anyone needing an inspection!!!

Needed support for upstairs flooring in dining room and living room. AFS dealt with a basement crawl space to install a metal beam and posts to level the upstairs floor. Did a great job in half a day, and Cody B, Christian P., and Justin T. Did their work efficiently, professionally, and with as little disruption as possible. We have always had good products and service from AFS and will continue with them.

AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

Inspector Reid Walley—At the onset of the inspection process, I had no idea what to expect. After Reid performed and completed the inspection, I could not have designed and built a more thorough & professional individual to work with. From setting the appointment, to completing the inspection, to explaining his findings as well as options and cost, Reid was diligent, thorough, professional, and just plain pleasant to work with. The reason that I gave 5 stars is because 10 stars was not an option. I unequivocally and without hesitation recommend Reid if you find yourself in need of crawl space or foundation work.

Matthew Ridley and Shawn Lowe came and completed foundation work for us today in bad weather/ icy road conditions when most people would have stayed home. The work was done in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. They communicated with us throughout the process and spoke to us once the job was complete to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend them for your foundation repair needs!

Ed Duffey came to our home to inspect the concrete work we had done on our driveway almost a year ago. Ed was extremely professional and courteous. AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!
