When finances are where I need them to be, the lifetime warranty for the repairs and the quality of the work and the employees is definitely who I will have do the work that is needed!

Juan, Alex, and Hayden recently encapsulated our crawlspace. Juan explained the process and reviewed the scope of work before they started. I expressed concerns about a couple of items not specifically mentioned in the contract and he assured me they would handle it. When the job was complete Juan and I inspected the entire space. It was clean and they did a professional grade job. This crew was great to work with.

Hunter, Joseph and Michael spent the day resurrecting and restoring our wonky, big, 23 year old backyard patio. They called me when 8 minutes out, arriving on time and going straight at it. A quick orientation and they got to it. Amazing results! I could literally watch each of the large slabs float back to level with the next ones. The heaved or sunken slabs are no more. The crew were experienced, competent, capable, extremely courteous and invited me to watch each step in the process. Yes, this is a long review and it would get 10 Stars if I could. Highly recommend Groundworks! Totally satisfied customer.

THIS IS FOR THEIR POLY CREW ONLY – nothing to do with the dig, install and total rat screw that entire process entailed. The Poly crew was 1 day, took the time to communicate the entire process, and everything done exceptionally well – Guiles and Christian were OUTSTANDING, assisted in completing the final billing process and I would absolutely recommend the poly install of this process – Now pay them for the 5 stars. This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with part that eventually takes you to this last phase. For complete transparency, their PMs and the GM have attempted to work with us and reduced the overall cost very reasonably. But its not only $$, its my f-ing time !!! Today is Week 3 with the garage loaded with dirt and cement dust covering everything – and our yard was DESTROYED. So polycrew ABSOLUTELY did a great job – God bless you if you reach that point. I'm guessing by asking customers to rate the 2 phases separately, they get to cook the books and bump up all the terrible 1-star reviews. It used to be called "cooking the books" – but thats for you to determine….Wendy need not reply with some lame statement about GW standards or unacceptable etc. (My two ratings total six and you can excuse away your Yelp 3 star average)

Cliff Wertz and George Wertz of Baker's Waterproofing were fantastic. Very polite and respectful of my daughter and me and of the property. They were very clean and worked extremely hard and were extra taxed by the heat, working in 90+ degrees for two days doing very hard labor and precision work with the jacks. I would definitely have them back if I'd ever need anything else they provide.

His confidence and expertise made the entire process easy to understand, and he took the time to answer every question we had—no matter how simple or complex. We were very pleased with his visit.
