Nick Rutland at AFS did an outstanding job throughout the presentation and inspection process. He was extremely informative, professional, and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I really appreciated how thoroughly he walked me through the entire scope of work that would be completed at my house and made sure I understood not only what was being done, but why it was necessary. Nick answered all of my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence in both his recommendations and the work AFS plans to perform. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Nick Rutland and AFS to anyone looking for honest, detailed, and professional service.

AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!

AFS and the team that helped us was amazing from the inspection all the way to the job completion. Eric helped inspect our crawlspace and answered all our questions about AFS and what they could do to help us. His consistent and clear communication made the process very easy. Jackson and Mikey completed the entire job in a day, and the quality of the work is outstanding. They made sure to show me their completed work after they finished to make sure my questions were answered. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning cup after the work was finished. I highly recommend AFS for drainage crawl space solutions.

Alan Nunalee was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative, when he came to inspect our crawlspace today. He informed us of significant problems with moisture and mildew, and how AFS would deal with the problem. He took pictures of the issues, and drew up a floorplan of our house, showing where the work would be done. He secured a military discount for us, and a very good interest rate. Hi! This is Mona from Taylorsville and I would like to tell you about my experience with AFS Foundation repair and waterproofing. I would like to say my meeting with Alex Parker-a specialist with AFS-, was a great experience. I thought I might be having some foundation problems with my home. I googled and found AFS. I made a call and spoke with Katrina. She was quite pleasant to speak with, very mannerly and really understanding. She asked a few questions and immediately wanted to set an appointment the very next day. Shortly after I hung up the phone, Alex Parker gave me a call. He was the gentleman that was coming to do my inspection. I really was anxious on how the meeting and inspection would go…afraid I would be talked into something very expensive, mainly because I didn't know if I had issues or not. Needless to say, Alex was very thorough in his inspection. (almost 2 hours)…He came back in the house wanting to show me the pics he had taken and he was very quick to set my fears at rest….nothing majorly wrong. I immediately thanked MY JESUS for answered prayer. I also let him know I had been praying so hard that there would not be an expensive situation that I could not afford. I learned that Alex also led his life pleasing the Lord as well as his customers. I would recommend Alex Parker anytime to someone looking for foundation, concrete repair or waterproofing. A very nice and caring young man.

I can’t say anything but great things about Gunter the technician that came to do my annual home inspection this year. He was very professional and competent explained things well. He also went above and beyond because there was a part that needed to be replaced, and he did not have it in his truck, but he made a point to call me on Saturday. Yes the weekend and say he was in the area and would be happy to run by and put it on if that was OK. I told him that would be fine and that I was extremely impressed that he would make time on his day off to take care of getting this fixed. It is a great company and Gunter is a great example of the talented service oriented staff they have.

The beginning estimate was such a smooth process with lots of pictures, options, and clear explanations of problem areas. Easy choice to move forward with AFS and I'm glad I did. I imagined it works be an all day job, but the crew came and went in under 5 hours. Jorge, Hilmer, and Jesus did an absolutely awesome job. They had to dig under one of my flower beds and even replanted what they had to dig under! They were all incredibly friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company and crew to anyone with foundation concerns.
