I believe Ian and Ben was our estimate person who stuck with us for over a year and a half and worked a couple different estimates for us! We had Ridley, Kyle, and another gentleman that I can’t remember his name encapsulated our crawlspace. They were professional, honest, and reliable. They seem to really enjoy the work they do and the don’t well. I was happy everything was clean and tidy when they left. Y’all have some awesome workers

AFS is a fantastic company. From our first meeting with Bryson to discuss the crawlspace issues all the way to getting the work done everything went smoothly and professionally. Micah, Shawn and Kayden are excellent at getting the supports put in and beams placed. The difference is unbelievable. We are so thankful. It was a difficult week with all of the noise, but it had to be done and these guys made it much easier for us. Explaining everything as they went along. It was fun to hear them laughing and singing while they were working, too. When they were done they even cleaned up!

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!

We had a problem with mold and moisture in our crawlspace that caused serious problems with my respiratory condition. A year ago we contracted a service that charged us a lot for what turned out to be a very bad job that left us with even more problems. We decided to seek bids to finally address the problem. We chose AFS because their representative, Alan McConnell, took time to evaluate the crawlspace and carefully explained what needed to be done. It was a multistage operation with Alan and AFS Crew Chief Sebastian coordinating with our electrician and HVAC contractor to get the job done in a timely way. Sebastian kept us informed of progress every step of the way. They left everything clean neat. We are very pleased with the results. You need to seek no further than AFS if you need a remedy for mold and moisture in your crawlspace. Thank you to our new friends Alan, Sebastian and crew, and AFS! A super company to do business with!

Alex was immensely polite, and very upfront with information, very helpful. He made sure i understood what the problems were as well as what could be done to fix it and what options I had. Unfortunately my credit blocked me from getting to proceed forward with it. I will definitely be calling on them again at a later time once my credit has gone up or I can find a loan to help. 10/10 would definitely recommend to others seeking foundation repair.

Nick Cianciolo came to my house for an annual system check and maintenance. I was confident that the needed checks, filter and cleaning would be done. However, I feel that Nick was more thorough than I imagined. It gives me even more confidence in my AFS crawl space system. I’m so glad I decided to have that space encapsulated six years ago.
