I needed to have my lanai repaired where the corners were cracking a dropping due to erosion. I had quotes done with 3 different companies and went with Alpha, not just because they were competitive with pricing but also because of the people. Starting with Lance who quoted the job, I felt that he was being completely transparent and honest with what I needed to get done. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage to gain extra dollars. Then the crew came to do the pilings, Tyler, Giovanni, and Ryan. Also fantastic! They were so nice, informative, communicative. 2 days later, Tory and Christopher came to do the foam. Equally as fabulous. You can tell that all of the team is invested in their jobs and the quality shows. They weren't there just to make a paycheck. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again without hesitation and would 100% recommend them!

Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

From the initial contact with Matt earlier this year, to the start/finish of the repairs, Luke, Logan, and Andrew were great to work with. Due to unforeseen family matters we had to push the date back several months, but it was not a problem and Matt worked with us to determine a date that would work with our schedule. Luke, Logan, and Andrew showed up right on time and worked diligently to shore up the foundation and the work area was wrapped up the second day almost like they had never been there. We appreciated their thoroughness, promptness, and professionalism very much. We hope we won't have any more issues with our foundation, but if we do, Alpha will be the first call we make. After Sam and Kevin finished their work they rang my doorbell to make sure that I was pleased with the job . Wow what a change to find a company that stands behind their work! This is my second experience with Alpha Foundations in Apopka… Like the first, the second was outstanding. They arrived on time at 8 am. They installed 12 pilars in less than 5 hours. They are fast, professional, experienced, and HONEST! I am so thankful that I found AF. They have SAVED my house. Today's crew of Josh, Rickey, Antoine, and Ray were delightful to work with. Very kind, patient, and friendly. They listened to my questions and were happy to help. They were happy to be there. They enjoy what they do. Thank you again! Money well spent!

Alpha was great from start to finish. From the initiating call to the explanation of work they had done. They were responsive, punctual, communicative, personable, tidy and did an amazing job. From the first contact with Christian to the final explanation with the crew (Brendon and Nick) it was seamless and professional. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. Brendon and Nick did a great job! They even accommodated us on a kind of odd request. Since we had a giant hole in our floor, we asked them to leave it open so we could get a floor safe installed. They figured out what we needed and made it work! Great thinking on their feet! Almost makes me wish we had more foundation issues….Almost! I highly recommend Alpha Foundations!!
