Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with Alpha Foundations and their crew.

The estimator Dj explained everything about the job in detail. Took the time to get the complete scope of work needed for the job. As for the crew that did the work Tory and Christopher, they were very polite and they also explained what they going to be doing. When they left my house besides the slab being raised you wouldn’t know they were even there.

I hired Alpha Foundations to stop my house from settling. Andrew, my initial contact, conducted a thorough inspection, devised a plan of action, and clearly explained the process. Ryan, the crew foreman, along with Jarod and Taylor, were competent and knowledgable. They installed supports and returned my yard and landscaping to its original appearance. I highly recommend Alpha and these exceptional employees.

George and Jeff are excellent service techs. They were great communicators, and kindly answered all my questions. Site visit was clean, efficient and pleasant. Could not ask for a better experience on this first stage of the project. My field technician Batuhan and his team have been excellent in setting this up and putting the pieces in place. Looking forward to stage 2!

Alpha Foundations did a wonderful job sealing my crawl space. Dean explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Taylor, Tristan, and Greg spent two days completing the work and kept me up to date on the progress. When the project was completed Tyler reviewed a check list with me to be sure I understood what was done and what to expect. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, respectful, and kind. An excellent company for sure!

Tyler and Giovanni were absolute professionals and they met my expectations above and beyond. When I signed up to get my foundation reinforced, I didn’t know what to expect. They explained every step of the way and left the work space better than the way it was. I highly recommend Alpha Foundation and especially, if you can, ask for this crew.

I have never worked with a company who is as thorough as Alpha! Logan came in and explained everything to me, checked the elevations throughout the whole process, and answered every question I had! Ethan and Chris did an awesome job on our foundation and I am so happy to be able to enjoy my home without stressing that it will fall apart at any point. 10/10 recommend!

From the beginning of the project, with the surveying the problem, planning, permitting to the actual days of work below my house, the experience with Alpha Foundation was wonderful. Nate came out first to determine the site and engineer a plan. Then Ben, Bear and George came out and stabilized my foundation, and leveled my home. They were prompt, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this team.

I had an excellent experience with Caleb from Alpha Foundations. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Before starting the work, Caleb took the time to clearly explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. His communication throughout was outstanding, and he was thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. Caleb made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. If you’re considering Alpha Foundations, I highly recommend asking for Caleb. He is a true professional and a great representative of the company.

Alpha Foundations is an excellent company. Tory Foster arrived at our home to lift up the sinking steps of our front porch and also repair the adjacent concrete. He kept us informed about the process, left the work area very tidy, and did a great job with the repair. I highly recommend this company.
