Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company…….and I hope to never need this time of repair again.

When an issue with our A/C vents initially prevented further work, they went out of their way to help us understand our options and coordinate schedules with our HVAC company. Extremely prompt, professional, and kind.

We recently had Alpha Foundation leveling and stabilizing our swimming pool deck. Blake and Kyle showed up exactly on time. Right away I can tell that they are very passionate about their job. They took time answer all our questions and concerns. While doing their job, they cared and pay attention to details. They did it just like it is their property. Overall they did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundation!

I reached out to Alpha Foundations for a quote on extensive driveway repairs caused by years of ground shifting and tree roots. I was concerned the damage would require a complete repour. A representative came to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation. The quote I received was very reasonable, and within a few days, two technicians, Hunter and Brad, arrived to work on my driveway and sidewalk. They were both meticulous and highly skilled. Thankfully, a full repour wasn’t necessary—they only needed to pour a small section, and the rest was repaired using an innovative technique. Throughout the process, they remained courteous, professional, and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for anyone in need of driveway repairs.

We used Alpha Foundations from Tallahassee, and the experience was exceptional! They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean! We started with Zach, who set everything up to have our foundation slightly raised and stabilized. Unfortunately the work was postponed due to Hurricane Milton. However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Jake explained everything that they would be doing. They left the work area perfect. I would recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends.
