I am in the process of purchasing a new home (brand new construction) and when I went for the walk through a week before closing, I noticed some cracks in the garage floor/bottom of the wall that I wanted to get checked out. Alpha Foundations has always done great work, and as a home inspector I have always recommended them. On one of my properties they added some supports and joists. The technicians Ben, Antoine and Barak did the installation and were great to work with. They were fast, did not disturb, and were kind enough to listen to my rambling about the house. They made the process so much easier than expected and would highly recommend.

The driveway is now perfect and the sealant, “which I was very worried about as I’ve seen a lot of terrible sealant jobs” looks phenomenal. Will definitely be using them for any future projects.

Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson's (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. Alpha foundation encapsalated my crawl space and I also had them install a dehumidifier under my house many years ago. I have them inspect the system and change the filter annually. They are a super company! Each year I request Austin Haley for the annual inspection, he is so professional and thorough! The air quality in my home is so great thanks to Alpha Foundation!
