This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. My almost 70 year old crawlspace was a complete mess and they did a wonderful job with my crawlspace encapsulation in 2020. Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. Cameron was extremely personable and kind and he took his time answering all my questions. Also, maybe most importantly, he was so sweet to my rambunctious dogs!!

They crew just finished fixing my driveway and pool deck (this was from hurricane damage). Yesterday they put in some pilings to lift/support a slab on the corner of my pool deck. They did an excellent job. Both crews were very nice, friendly, and professional. I will gladly hire them again. In fact, I'll likely ask them to come back in a few months and check my foundation. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

He truly cares and wants to do everything he can to ensure all equipment is working properly and that we are satisfied with the work when finished. This guy Cooper was a super nice guy but more important truthful and honest. Hard hard hard to find in Miami. He suited up and inspected the crawl space. I had another competitor give me a proposal and it varied to the point it made me think if he actually told me the truth or just to make a sale. He never actually inspected my crawl space. If you use Alpha……insisted on cooper.

George and Jeff are excellent service techs. They were great communicators, and kindly answered all my questions. Site visit was clean, efficient and pleasant. Could not ask for a better experience on this first stage of the project. My field technician Batuhan and his team have been excellent in setting this up and putting the pieces in place. Looking forward to stage 2!

Dillon,Chris,and Caleem were amazing. They were all very professional and answered any questions I had. When the job started we did a quick walk through to verify where the cracks were and the helical piers would go. At the completion of the job we walked through again to make sure I was happy with clean up and what had been done. Could not have asked for a better experience.
