I had an encapsulation done with the help of Jordan Nesheim coordinating. Jordan is sincere and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the process. On install day, the site foreman, Wil walked me thru the project and was very professional and caring. Wil worked along side his installers Jacob and Johnathon and did a very clean and professional install. I was impressed by their care and concern for my home.

Very meticulous work being a plumber I was down there quite a few times after they have Encapsulated to fix a few things under our new home and I have found that they have done an amazing job, Bret, Jon and Jacob. They crew just finished fixing my driveway and pool deck (this was from hurricane damage). Yesterday they put in some pilings to lift/support a slab on the corner of my pool deck. They did an excellent job. Both crews were very nice, friendly, and professional. I will gladly hire them again. In fact, I'll likely ask them to come back in a few months and check my foundation. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came…
I can't say enough about how outstanding the service and work we received from the Alpha,Foundation team….Starting with Brad, who came out evaluated our home and situation. He explained our options and made suggestions that would help us with our decisions. Next, step was to have the work done…two crews came out. One, Clint and Hunter, to I stall piers around the perimeter. A second crew, Bobby,Philip and Alexis, had the job in the crawl space, installing jacks and support beams..Bobby explained each and everything that was going to happen. He and his crew went above and beyond what i expected. They addressed and fixed any issue they found. Squeaky floors to gaps on joists…didn't leave the job until he was sure that I was,satisfied. A few days later he reached out to check on things. I mentioned some floor movement and squeaks, a few days later he was back out under the house looking for the problem…it was found, addressed and fixed….a true professional and a really nice guy. Bobby. Philip and Alexis, Clint, and Hunter know their jobs and do it well! Thank you all.

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

Appreciated their services so much – we confidently used them twice! We utilized Alpha Foundations in 2023 for the repair of a segment of our house that had a faltering foundation. We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. Thank you to Johnny and Jacob for the great inspections and to Keith, Migue, Matt, Antione, and Jacob for the excellent execution. We are happy to to have a stable foundation once again!

My driveway had cracks and uneven areas that needed attention, and their team went above and beyond to deliver excellent results. From the start, the entire process was smooth and efficient. After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!
