Really enjoyed our experience with Alpha Foundation. The foundation inspector John took his time, explained everything, went above and beyond helping us deal with our mortgage company, called and texted whenever we had a question or gave us an update on our process. The team that came out to do the job was awesome! The Forman Josh was super nice, personable, knowledgeable. Updated us through the process, willing to answer any questions. The team worked quickly, and made no messes. Can hardly tell they were here. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had such a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg let us know when they were on the way so we could get things ready. They were the nicest team to work with and were even happy for us to let our dogs out in the yard from time-to-time to relieve themselves. The crew did amazing work, checking in with us to make sure things were right and to get the maximum benefits to our house. They did a lot of work in one day and we are really happy with the results. It makes a noticeable difference that you can feel just walking on our wood floors. The work is amazing and the team is even better!

Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.

From beginning to end everything was perfect. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

Dylan was a great resource and walked us through the project and what to expect very thoroughly. When it came to the install, Tyler, Tristan, Greg and Charles were wonderful. Arrived on time, completed within a day (and worked until 6pm on a Friday to do so). They were clean, respectful and communicative. Very pleased with everyone we worked with. The crawlspace looks great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpha to anyone needing crawlspace repair.

Alpha Foundations was amazing! Patience and tolerance are the first words that come to mind. Professional and courteous are the next. I won't bore you with my lengthy story but I will tell you that Nick, Jake, Charles, Alberto and Toby made me wish I could clone them and put them to work with all of the other companies we do business with. If you are having foundation issues, or you're not sure what kind of issues and just need help figuring THAT out… Call Alpha. I dealt with three other companies and couldn't be more pleased that we chose Alpha and if we have ANY project they handle, we will not waste our time by calling other companies. Their prices were in line with everyone else but the service we received? I don't believe we would have gotten the same level as we did from Alpha.
