From the start, this has been a very professional job. Sam and Mike arrived on time, were very professional to deal with, and made sure we understood what they were doing and their process. When they were finished, they cleaned up and made sure we understood what they had done and also that we understood the guarantee and the service plan. All in all, this was a great experience.

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. When they were done each day, you could not even see that they had been there .They were always on time, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees—Tory and Blake—who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and I am truly grateful for their hard work. If you're considering any foundation or concrete work, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations, and if you get the chance to work with Tory and Blake, you're in excellent hands! Thank you both for a job well done!

The team at Alpha Foundations is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. And I have high standards. Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. If you have high standards and really need a company you can rely on, I recommend that you contact Jordan, Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter. I am very pleased!

Dillon,Chris, and Caleem were amazing. They were all very professional and answered any questions I had. When the job started we did a quick walk through to verify where the cracks were and the helical piers would go. At the completion of the job we walked through again to make sure I was happy with clean up and what had been done. Could not have asked for a better experience.
