Had the opportunity to meet with Chris B. Based on a request for Alpha to review my recently purchased property due to some found erosion and differential shifting noticed. He was extremely professional, information but mostly honest. He provided me a few recommendations to help with the current issues experienced but also a plan to help with proactively attacking the overall issue now before it worsens. From the start of the estimate to the finished job it was a fantastic experience. My driveway was sinking in one major area and cracks were forming in 3 other areas. My estimator was David. Very personable and professional and explained everything in detail. Communicated well before the appointment and throughout service day. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly. Tory (senior foreman) and William showed up on time and ready to work. Both were excited and clearly they love what they do. We went over specifics and then they went to work. I was able to see the step by step process and it is something else. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Every place was leveled out and the cracks were sealed in about 2 hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have ANYTHING going on with concrete, this better be your first call. They also have excellent financing options in case you need it..!! Thank you David, Tory, William and Alpha Foundations St Pete location..!!

I had a foundation issue that had caused water intrusion and floor damage. Steven and Chris installed the piers that stabilized the foundation, explaining patiently and politely the entire process. Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Zack communicated with us throughout the project. There is not enough good things to say about this company and their employees. I would use them again and highly recommend the company and the work.
