Jake, Alberto and Charles, did an amazing job with my rental property’s foundation repairs. My property is an older home and when I found out that there were foundation issues, I sought out Alpha Foundations due to their impeccable reputation and quality of work. Jake and the crew did not disappoint. They kept me informed of the work, sent pictures of the progress and assured me that my home would be taken care of the correct way. After the work was complete, I was also notified of the next steps to complete the inspection. Kudos to the team – I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to my friends and family in the future.

We had foundation repairs completed at our home today, and I cannot say enough good things about the crew — Tyler, Ryan, Kevin, and Giovanni. These men worked tirelessly all day long with incredible professionalism and dedication. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was being done every step of the way. Not only were they hardworking and knowledgeable, but they were also extremely polite and respectful of our home and property. It is rare to find a crew with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.

When job is being done, the work site is very clean and left clean once work is done. Logan, lane and Freddy did a fantastic job!

Note: HomeAdvisor did not have the correct category for the work done on my house, which has a raised/pier construction. So I have a complaint against Home Advisor. BUT?. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

Lance, Tory and Chris did an excellent job – first, assessing the problem, explaining the solutions and of course, the actual work on our Florida room floor. We had a "hollow" area under the concrete, causing the slab to shift and cause cracks in the floor and in the walls. Everyone was friendly, efficient, on time, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
