Alpha Foundations did a great job earlier this week on providing outdoor foundation support with piers and indoor support with injected poly under the slab. We found all of the workers very professional and speedy while still being willing to stop and answer any questions. Dylan, Chris and Caleem handled the outside. These guys jumped into the job. Caleem dug out the initial holes and he was an incredibly hard worker throughout the day (with the most manual job). Chris placed the piers and Dylan ran the crew and the equipment. Dylan also answered all my wife’s questions with patience and politeness. Jonathan and Adam arrived about 30 minutes later and started on the inside. They didn’t break a single tile by drilling through the grout. The carpet had to be cut, but that was expected. They made as little mess as possible and cleaned up like their mother was watching. We were warned that it would be dusty so we covered lots of furniture, but the mess was localized and cleaned up by Jonathan and Adam. I’ve already recommended Alpha Foundations to a friend and will again when given the opportunity.

Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

We called Alpha on recommendation from a neighbor after experiencing water damage in our crawlspace. Scheduling and quote was fast & straightforward, with helpful "what to expect" info ahead of time and notifications/reminders in advance of actions. The end result is a clean, sealed crawlspace that has resolved our moisture issues, with the added benefit of limiting entry points for pests. Having this professionally done gives us great peace of mind that this 100yo house is ready for another 100 years. Another contractor has already been under the house for unrelated work and was very pleased to have a humidity-controlled, easily-lit, and most importantly *clean* area to work. The estimator Johnnie was pleasant and took time to explain what their proposed solution would (and wouldn't) accomplish, and presented multiple options to address our immediate concerns (moisture damage) along with how we could establish a baseline and check back in the future for foundation settling/etc. The job foreman, Brett, and his crew were great from start to finish. Communication was precise & thorough, work was prompt, and the results speak for themselves. We knew right up front that we'd have to have an electrician come in with them to run a circuit for the dehumidifier & sump pump, but we didn't know until the job started that a plumber also needed move some pipes out of the way. That miscommunication led to a bit of frustration, but the Production Manager, Daniel, reached out to me and went above & beyond to make sure I walked away happy not just with the job (which I already was), but also had a good lasting impression of the experience and Alpha's commitment to customer service and standing behind their work. Would absolutely recommend this location of Alpha Foundations, and indeed I intend to have them back out in the future to investigate/remediate settlement issues now that my emergency problem is fixed. Our recent experience with Alpha was excellent. Johnnie Clark, our contact, was very thorough in explaining the foundation lift process that was needed for our master bedroom and bath. The two gentlemen, Brandon and Nick, who were our technicians arrived on time and explained the process that was going to take place. They completed the repairs and answered all our questions. They cleaned up and made sure we did not have any additional questions and/or concerns. They were very pleasant and professional and we were pleased with the results of the process. From beginning to end everything was perfect. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

Jordan and Max came out to work on the Poly in our garage and Steven and Chris worked on the outside piers. They were on time, very cordial and explained everything throughly, they worked in a timely manner, and cleaned everything, left it as if nothing had happened. Very satisfied with their customer service and work ethic.

We have an almost 100-year-old house and discovered our washing machine was sinking through the floor. Christian came out, put on a hazmat suit, and crawled under our house for an inspection. We were very impressed with his thoroughness, assurance of the construction timeline, and other high reviews and decided to go with Alpha. Will, our foreman, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as he stayed in contact with us and on schedule. The entire floor of our kitchen and utility area was removed, spray-on insulation scraped off and joists reinforced. This was especially impressive as our subfloor had dissolved into mulch in places and was only held up by ceramic tile! Crew members Freddy, Broskey, Jake and Emmanuel did a great job both with construction and clean-up. Alpha's reviews are well deserved for their quality of work and ability to stay on schedule. We highly recommend them as well!

I've had Alpha to my home several times over a few years. I see no reason to call anyone else. Today was my annual free inspection of my driveway slabs performed by Tyler S. He determined that no further was needed for now and I'd have another free inspection next year. Right on time, well spoken and knowledgeable.

On install day, the site foreman, Wil walked me thru the project and was very professional and caring. Wil worked along side his installers Jacob and Johnathon and did a very clean and professional install. I was impressed by their care and concern for my home.
